As someone who works in the public sector where money is virtually non existant, I was keen to read this title to see how we could make the most of new talent aquisition methods and increase direct hires witout relying on agency spend or boosted socials. While not all of the content hit the mark for me, i loved the focus on AI and digital methods - something my employer is a little reluctant to embrace!

Good information book around recruiting. I've been in the field for about 7 years now, so some of this information was more basics than being new information for me. But this would be a good book for someone who is just starting in the field. I really enjoyed the different case studies and stories of various businesses at the end of the chapters. I live and work in the US so some of the laws or terms are more specific to Europe, which may not be relevant.
