Reading this book was a whole experience.

I really struggle through it even if I enjoyed it. Why? Because most of the POV's are children or start as one... and seeing the relationship they shared with their father scared me a lot. I'm the oldest of 3, so I could relate to a lot of the things the main POV was thinking. It made it even harder for me to either stop or continue reading it after some of the things that happen.

I love the writing style, but I have to stop reading for a lot of time to breath and assimilate things that were happening. The ending is one of the best cliffhangers I read in a while. I haven't bought the second part yet, but I will, even if it scares the hell out of me.

I really enjoyed this book, I struggled putting it down. But I think it could be shorter. A lot of time I had to ask myself "why do I need to know this?" and "how does this matter at all?".
The writing style is so smooth, so easy to read and really hard to put down the book. I could only put it down n the moments when I wondered why the heck I am reading this at the moment.
But soooo goood.

In Voices In Blood, the author skillfully weaves a dark and gripping tale that explores the twisted consequences of a father's misguided convictions. The story follows a family torn apart by the haunting voices in the father's head, leading to a series of chilling events. The story dives deep into the harrowing experiences of the kidnapped sons, trapped in a world of abuse, chaos, and murder. The exploration of mental illness and its impact on the characters adds depth to the psychological thriller. The author's ability to blend horror, amusement, and a frighteningly plausible reflection of our society's framework makes Voices In Blood an intense but worthy read.

A wild mental warp through a mentally I’ll fathers life and the things he does to his sons and the people in their lives. Weird. But good.

And let me tell you, the messed-up society in this story? Frighteningly real.
