This is a cute small-town romance! In this book, we meet Erin who just moved to a small town in Montana. She meets Remington while working at her coffee shop job. Remington is a single dad who owns a successful ranch.
- Grumpy x Sunshine
- Single Dad
- Small-Town Romance!
I really wanted to love this, but for me, it was just okay! I wish we could've seen more dialogue between the MCs where they developed their love connection. It was very surface-level. I loved the setting of this book, but didn't love these characters. I will maybe try the next book in this series!
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for giving me an ARC of this to review!

Take me to Montana! Like...now. This was such a sweet single-dad/nanny romance. There were so many fun family and small town dynamics mixed into this beautiful love story. I loved the banter, build up, and nicknames between Erin and Rem. The ending was also so exciting! I'm hooked and can't wait for the next Wilds of Montana book.

Erin is new in town and looking for a place to set roots. After a mishap with her car, she's forced to take a second job as a nanny to grumpy ranch owner Remmington's children. The chemistry is undeniable and the way Erin feels like she finally fits cannot be ignored. But when her past catches up with her and she might be in danger, how can she keep herself, and the people she's come to love, safe?

The narrator's did such a great job with this one. Five stars for audio- and then some. Sebastian York is one of my all time favorite male narrators and he DID NOT disappoint. His voice was such a perfect fit for Rem- a grumpy, Montana Cowboy. Emma Wilder did a phenomenal job with Erin. She totally nailed the sweet, bubbly, and independent vibe. She is quickly becoming one of my favorite female narrators. The two together were magic!

Erin has left her life in Seattle for the small town of Bitterroot Valley, Montana. She works in a coffee shop with her friend, Millie. After Erin's car breaks down shes on the hunt for a second job and Millie's brother, Remi, is looking for a nanny. The two start a working relationship that soon turns to more.

I absolutely love a single dad book and then you add in a little bit of suspense? I'm sold. I loved how Remi was such a good dad and how he let Erin fit right into their family.

What to expect:
- age gap
- single dad x nanny
- small town
- found family

This is my first book by this author and I loved it.

Rem and Erin had a strong connection and their chemistry was soooo good. If you love a small town, single daddy and nanny romance please don't sleep on this one. It was so good. I can't wait to read more on this series.

The narrators did amazing and I highly recommend listening to the audio.

What a cute small town, age gap, dual POVs, nanny and single dad story! Our MFC Love's living in this small town and takes pride in being a part of the community. Our single dad owns a legacy ranch. The tension and chemistry is through the roof from the first time they meet outside of the coffee shop. This is borderline insta love which I normally don't have an issue with. But with the other tropes involved in this one, I felt like this moved a little too fast. It gives off the Eden series vibes with having big families, there are a lot of supporting characters, and a little drama/mystery. Overall an easy listen, I can see this one being read within a day on kindle. Both narrators I enjoyed.

Remington & Erin

Oh, single dads for the win!
I love Erin. I love that she has a trust fund and yet will only use it if she needs to. And her car breaking down isn't reason enough. So she sucks it up and finds herself a second job.

Enter Remington needing a nanny because he wants to be present when he is home with his kids. That is understandable because he works on a ranch, and it can be so unpredictable. But he had to go kicking and screaming along the way. Remington finds himself attracted to the nanny, and his grumpy butt doesn't give in easy.

Erin, though, is a fierce opponent, and when she wants something, she goes for it.

I loved this whole book, and finding out who Erin's father was, well, that was just gravy!

Loved the narration.

This book was an entertaining enough listen. I enjoy listening while working. This was good for that as it was easy to understand and didn’t have very many confusing characters or perspectives. It was only from the view point of Rem and Erin.

The romance between the two felt kind of forced and happened a little too quickly. It seemed like it was like oh you’re hot, move in and take care of my kids. There wasn’t really that slowish burn that normally happens with a grumpy man and a quirky woman that happens in romance novels, it feels more authentic that way.

I will say, the person stalking was obvious. Very odd Erin didn’t pick up on it.

All in all, a decent listen.

Wild For You by Kristen Proby is a small town romantic suspense novel. This audiobook was narrated by Sebastian York and Emma Wilder.

I loved the main characters Remington and Erin. Remington is a single father of 2 who owns his family ranch in Montana. Erin recently moved to Montana in order to get a fresh start after dealing with a stalker back in Seattle. Remington has his hands full trying to manage his family's ranch and 2 young kids on his own. Erin, who works with Remington's sister at the local cafe, suggests that she nanny for her brother to get some extra cash. I loved the relationship between Erin and Remington's children.

I am a sucker for a small town romance. If you like books by Devney Perry and Catherine Cowles, you would enjoy this book.

Read this book if you love:
- single dad
- nanny
- small town romance
- age gap
- grumpy sunshine
- cowboys
- romantic suspense

Sebastian York and Emma Wilder did an amazing job with the narration! It is told in dual narration and they voice other characters within the story as well. I will be adding them both to my favorite narrators list! This was my first book by Kristen Proby. I look forward to more books in this series!

Thanks to @netgalley for the chance to review Wild for You by Kristen Proby. This was a super cute age-gap, single dad, grumpy-sunshine charmer!! Erin had a stalker, but is loving her new life in Bitterroot Valley. She meets Remington at the coffee shop, and starts to nanny for him. His kids are adorable, and Erin quickly falls in love with them.

Super spicy but so sweet. The cast of supporting characters was great - I can’t wait to read the other stories!! Narration was excellent!

After reading Merry & Wild I was excited to pick up Wild For You which is Remington Wild and Erin Montgomery’s entertaining journey. This is book one in the new series The Wilds Of Montana set in the small town of Bitterroot Valley. If you love small town romance look no further than this wonderful read and in my opinion if this book is anything to go by Ms Proby will certainly have another hit series on her hands.
Single dad Remington is trying to do his best for his two adorable children as well as running the family ranch. Realising he needs help he looks for a nanny and that’s where Erin comes in.
Erin has moved to Bitterroot Valley in the hope of making a life without everyone knowing her family name. Becoming the nanny could be just what she needs if only she can stop looking at her hot boss.
What follows is a heartwarming love story that I highly recommend to all romance lovers.
Sebastian York and Emma Wilder did a wonderful job bring the story and the characters to life. They were spot on with the emotion and the banter and I have to say Sebastian was outstanding.
I loved everything about this book and I’m excited for my next visit to Montana.

I received a copy of the audio book from the publisher through Net Galley.

Wild for You was a fun easy read setting up a family series in a small town in Montana. I enjoyed listening to the audiobook for it, Sebastian York and Emma Wilder do a great narration for the story, that’s easy to listen to even at fast speeds. (I prefer 2.5x speed)

My main critique for the book is the stalker subplot. I figured out who it was immediately and genuinely didn’t understand how the main character didn’t. The story is cute but cliche, and I really didn’t like how the male main character mentioned multiple times that his dead wife was just a marriage because she got pregnant, with no passion. She literally died in childbirth with their second child. Obviously he liked her enough to knock her up again.

Anyways, it’s fine. Not the best book ever but an easy read.

First thing’s first: thank you Netgalley for the ALC of this book!
Wild For You is a cozy little romance about a small town rancher, Rem, who hires new-to-town Erin to be a part time nanny to his two young kids. As they get to know each other, they begin to fall for each other and start dating.
I enjoyed this book! It was very lifetime movie network in a good way. While things progressed pretty quickly between the two main characters, it didn’t feel forced. The secondary characters were likable and really added to the tight knit small town vibe. There was kind of a wild subplot about an insane stalker but hey- this is lifetime not hallmark, okay? I thought this was a fun, quick read even if it didn’t rock my world.

It's been some years since I've read this author, when I saw this new release coming out I thought about giving it a chance and I'm so glad I did.
Wild For You is the first book in the brand new Wilds of Montana series. I loved Remington and Erin's story, it was so good. It had everything I look for in a romance book, banter, chemistry, with a bit of suspense. I was so hooked on their story. The nanny/ single parent trope is a fav of mine and this one was done so well. I devoured this story and I can't wait for more books in this series!

I adored this story! I don't think I've read anything by this author before but I saw this was set in my favorite state of Montana and couldn't resist requesting. Big thanks to Dreamscape for the approval to read!

Would recommend if you love:
-single dad & nanny
-a bit of a mystery
-super protective MMC
-smart FMC

I'm a sucker for a good single dad/ nanny story. I honestly don't know why; because if I were single and met a man that has kids I'd run in the opposite direction, NOTHX. Anyway -- I found Remington to be super swoony and the way he protects and loves his kids as well as his family was so sweet! Erin seemed super smart and strong enough to stand up for herself but still falls into love with Rem and his broody/ grumpy self. The kids were also a super cute part of this story. Overall I really enjoyed this and look forward to future books in the series.

A small town grumpy single dad/nanny romance of course I had to read this one. It did not disappoint. It delivered the expected sweet and swoony moments with an added dose of suspense.

Remington is trying to balance it all, raise his two young children, and run the family ranch. Erin is new to town with a past that she's trying to keep quiet about, not wanting to touch her trust fund she applies for a nanny job.

Remington had all the qualities I love in a book boyfriend.  He was OTT protective, growly, and bossy at times, and gave some serious touch her and perish vibes!!  Yes, please.

This fast-paced, slowburn romance captured my attention from the beginning and was the escape I needed.  Fans of audiobooks will love Sebastian York and Emma Wilder who do a fabulous job portraying these two characters and bringing the story to life.

This can be read as a standalone but sets up the next book.  Bonus, Erin is the daughter of Will and Meg so you get cameos and a connection to another series.

Im definitely in my cowboy romance era right now! Remington Wild!! Remington Wild!!! I’m swoon. He’s the perfect cowboy book boyfriend. Single dad, protective, hard worker, and so perfectly broody.

I also definitely wasn’t expecting the slight thriller aspect with the stalker, but it added so much more and I loved it!

I loved the narrator for Remington, not so much the one for Erin. She was a bit too nasally for my liking.

I loved this book. This is my first read by Kristen Proby and I can’t wait to read more. I love a good single dad/nanny trope and this didn’t disappoint.

Erin is pure sunshine! She is so bubbly and friendly and I instantly fell in love with her character. Remington is the standard grumpy hot cowboy that you just can’t help but love and adore. The bond that Erin had with Rems 2 kids was so cute and I enjoyed reading about their little family so much.

I can’t wait to read more of the Wild family!
