This was my first MFM read, and it wasn’t too bad! Lots of instalove, cute moments, and I loved the descriptions of the setting (canada) - i feel like small town made the book so much homier!

πŸ’œWhy Choose MFM
πŸ’œSmall Town
πŸ’œInstalove
πŸ’œProtective Alphahole & Tattooed Teddy Bear

After being thoroughly humiliated by her emotionally abusive boyfriend, Ava dumped him and ran away to a small town called Little Greenfield with no plan whatsoever. With no place to stay due to high season, she was offered a place to stay by Roman, a tattoed, but kind-hearted bar owner in his B&B. There, she also met his best friend, Logan, who seemed to hate her at first sight. She developed an instant spark with both of them and they try to navigate a poly relationship together…

This was a fun and steamy read and I had a great time reading it. The men could not be any different, one is a cinnamon roll, and the other is just as grumpy assh*le (at the beginning anyway). But both of them worship Ava with all their hearts, and I love it! Ava and Roman is just a smooth ride from the beginning, their attraction is instant, and Roman is so straightforward and sickeningly sweet. Logan is a bit complicated, he’s a bit more prickly and downright rude to her at the beginning, but he has a good reason. Once they agreed to be all in together, it’s just full steam ahead, and the smut is smuttin’ y’all. If you’re a fan of this genre, you will love this!

A cute MFM about discovering yourself and what will make you happy. Love the lack of kink-shaming and the opposite personality friends. Good spice with some plot. Would have loved to see the men also share but recognize that wasn't in the premise.

The insta-love theme in "Three Hearts Hideaway" by Luna Day didn't resonate with my taste, lacking character depth and chemistry. Despite a positive message, the execution fell short, leaving the overall experience disappointing. I loved the sex positivity but overall it wasn’t for me, if you’re into why choose insta love then this will be great for you.

Three hearts hideaway is such a cosy, spicey and loveable book. I definitely recommend it for those who just want an escape where they can let their brain shut off and enjoy every little detail of the book.
The plot, although not entirely non-existent, isn't really a major player. It's solely there to keep the story moving. It hits on points such as kink shaming and emotional manipulation but not in a hard way that it removes you from enjoying the book. I would say the book is 80% smut and romantic relationships and 20% plot andn character development.
The characters definitely make this book. From the Female lead to the love interests to the cosy town side characters. All are uniquely wonderful and loveable.
The setting is perfect for the warm feel of this story.
A strong recommendation I will be giving to all smut loving readers.
Can't wait to read the next book! Luna Day has become a new favourite auto buy author!

I absolutely loved this book! The sexual tension between Ava, Roman and Logan was so high, it got me giggling. Sebastian was really a prick. I wish that I punched him hard in the face. Ava was actually such a confident girl, I liked her attitude towards her new life. Roman was such a butter boy! He said all the right words at the right time to help Ava. And Logan was a knight in shining armour. I wish I could witness his cooking skills. The other characters were loveable!

The plot was steamy and quick. This book is a testament that no one should be ashamed of their fantasies, and remove themselves from any toxic situation they land into.

If anyone wants to pick a hot, but short romance, this book is absolutely perfect for you.

thank you for an e-arc β™‘
this cover is STUNNING and i was soo excited to pick up an MFM small town romance, but unfortunately this didn’t work for me.
this book is heavy on the insta-lust and less plot more smut focused, which is not something I enjoy in my romances. i need a lil’ bit more emotion to feel connected.
however, if you want a fast paced spicy read, it could def work for you!!

Delivers exactly what is promised: small town romance, spice, and a main character discovering herself. Exactly the book I wanted/needed to binge in one afternoon :)

Thank you to Victory Editing and NetGalley for the ARC!

I lOVED this book. ✨
Everything about this book was perfect. Not many books are like this.

I enjoyed that we got to read through the journey of self discovery through Ava, the FMC. Ava previously was in a toxic relationship where she was shamed for her personal desires. Once getting out the toxicity and traveling to Little Greenfield, she finds out that her desires are not as far-fetched as her ex made them seem.

This book is spicy!! However, those scenes were crucial to the plot. The sex-positive/self love message throughout the book would not have been conveyed without it. Can't complain as the spice was GOOD!!

My favorite tropes were in it as well!! ✨
-small town
- chosen family
- fast burn
- forced proximity

My favorite quote of this book:
β€œLove is love is love. When we find even a sliver of joy in this world, we need to hold it close to our hearts and let it bloom. We need to feed it and let it flourish. How that looks is different for everyone.”

Thank you Luna Day and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this book's ARC.

This book was an absolute blast! It gave me everything I needed at the moment in a romance book. It was a spicy, insta love, quick paced, and cozy small town book. This being Luna’s debut book was incredible to read, I can’t wait for her to publish more books and the growth this series has in the future.

I was intrigued by page one with the small town vibes, the drama between Ava & her ex boyfriend, and Roman being hot and mysterious. I loved the pacing this book had & the spicy + tender scenes between Ava, Roman, and Logan. The spice in this book was next level hot, I absolutely ate it up. I loved how Ava was able to be fully herself and not be ashamed in front of Roman and Logan with her desires. I did wish this story had a tiny bit more depth between Roman & Logan but other than that I enjoyed the relationship.

I posted this review on goodreads on 2/2/24 as well! Thank you netgalley & Luna for this arc!

Three Hearts Hideaway was the perfect book to start off February! It reminded me a little of Faking with Benefits, with a woman being shamed for her sexual interests and her men helping her overcome the shame of the world.

Three Hearts Hideaway is a debut by Canadian romance author Luna Day and was a sweet, spicy why choose romance set in rural Canada. When Ottawa-based marketing professional Ava's abusive boyfriend sends a voicemail to everyone in her contact list (including her boss and her parents) outlining her "deviant" sexual interests, she is so humiliated that she flees to the small town of Little Greenfield with no plan or lodging. With the help of a charming hotel owner, Gertie, she ends up getting set up to stay in the not-quite-opened BNB run by Roman, owner of the local pub, and his business partner, Logan. Sparks fly and the three of them end up in a relationship.

This was a whole lot of fun! The spice was pretty good, but what I really loved was the set up. The town of Little Greenfield was so lovely and I enjoyed the side characters, especially Gertie. The only thing that I didn't like were some of Logan's actions at the beginning of the book. While in actual sex scene consent seemed very important to him, he did a couple of things (like stealing her underwear without her knowledge) that he didn't have consent for. While this wasn't sex, it was still sexual, and I wish there had been more verbal, explicit consent for sexual acts at the beginning of the book.

That being said, I still really enjoyed this. It was a sweet, quick read in a cute setting, and I loved the sex-positivity and healing from narcissistic abuse and gaslighting. A perfect read for February that's available as of yesterday and on Kindle Unlimited!

Thanks so much to Luna Day (congratulations on a great debut!) and Love Lit Press for this ARC through NetGalley!

Rating: 3/5

This was a fun read; think, smutty Hallmark/Lifetime movie! I would recommend this to anyone who loves the following:

* Small Town Romance
* Insta Love
* Why choose (MMF romance)
* Kinky spice
* A LOOOOT of Spice
* Self discovery (especially sexually)

Although I am not a fan of the insta-love trope, I did enjoy reading this book and fell in love with the characters! I love that Roman always made sure that Ava felt comfortable before he did anything. But there is something about a possessive, semi-aggressive man that makes me feral (Logan, I am looking at you!πŸ₯΅)

Thank you Luna Day and Netgalley for an eArc of this book!

I had so much fun reading this book and meeting Ava, Roman and Logan. Three hearts hideaway is a MFM romance book set in a small town called Little Greenfield.

Ava goes to Little Greenfield to escape from her life and ex boyfriend for a while, but when she gets there she finds out all of the rooms in the only hotel in town are booked up! That’s when she meets Roman, the handsome pub owner, who offers her a place to stay at his currently being built B&B. When she gets to the B&B she meets Romans equally gorgeous, but extremely grumpy best friend Logan.

These characters have my heart completely and I loved every page of this book!

I really really enjoyed this book, Ava’s character was amazing, and seeing Logan’s character opening up throughout the story was amazing! I loved it and will recommended it

"Who am I to judge? Love is love is love. When we find even a sliver of joy in this world, we need to hold it close to our hearts and let it bloom. We need to feed it and let it flourish."

β€” MFM why choose
β€” fast burn / insta love
β€” small town
β€” no third act break up
β€” kinks: praise, voyeurism, degradation
β€” tw: slight verbally controlling abuse from ex

This book was so fun and light hearted even with the emotional turmoil we saw with Ava. Ava had a carefree yet grounded personality and she was such a breath of fresh air. I loved watching her gain her confidence back throughout this story and finding her people again was so heartwarming. Roman and Logan played off of each other so well and their opposite dynamic worked really good in this story! Watching Logan slowly open up to Ava and the relationship in general was also fun to watch, and the interactions the three of them had together was just perfect. I loved the emotional and physical validation they seemed with each other and how they uplifted each other β€” this pleased my softie side so much!

Insta love is not exactly my cup of tea, but I did enjoy it for this story! Also the spice in this was πŸ₯΅ and I'm here for it all day, everyday. Would've liked to have seen some of the romance and certain life decisions fleshed out a bit more, but that honestly would've probably hindered in the main plot so it might be me just wanting a little more oomph.

Overall if you want a fun, spicy, adorable read β€” definitely check this one out!

πŸŽ‰ Thank you to NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for an honest review!

This book was sooo good and sooo steamy! I absolutely adored the friendship of these boys and the relationship that they made with Luna. A must read in my opinion!!!!!!

I loved everything about this fast burn, cozy but spicy Canadian book.

From the dedication to the epilogue, it checked all the boxes.
Ava not only picked herself up after ending a relationship with her narcissistic ex, but she also found herself and grew into the best version of who she wanted to be, despite having to pick up the pieces of her life.

Roman, the tall and handsome sunshine she meets on her first day in Little Greenfield is everything. He is the calm after her storm and the understanding to her world crashing down in front of her. The way her loves her as a person and in the bedroom is a 5 star.

Logan, the one who takes no bullshit and protects her takes longer to come around, but only because he is upset that his bestfriend saw her first. Once he comes around to the idea of Ava having both of them. His softer side, only when it comes to Ava, comes out and his character makes a full circle.

I couldn.t help but cheer Ava on the entire time I read this book. She not only found what she desired and voiced it, just to get rejected which then resulted in losing her job AND uprooting her entire life, she came out on top, glowing.

I can't help but love this story and each character individually as well as together.

The cover is so adorable and eye catching!
I adored Roman and Logan πŸ₯Ή, the way they cared for and protected Ava was incredibly sweet and swoon-worthy. While I found the book fast-paced and spicy with many cute moments, I'm not the biggest fan of insta-love. This trope can sometimes lack depth in the relationship and characters, making it feel a bit unrealistic. Overall, it was a quick, cute, and spicy read that I thoroughly enjoyed! Excited to explore Luna's other books. Huge thanks to Victory Editing, NetGalley Co-op, and Luna for providing me with this ARC in exchange for an honest review!
