Having been diagnosed with celiac disease two years ago, I am always searching for uncomplicated recipes to make for my new way of life. This book certainly fit the bill. The ingredients aren't difficult to find and would likely be on hand, and the dishes seem to be family-friendly. The photographs are well-done and the layout is easy to read and not cluttered. The author includes allergy substitutions and even things that would not work for the recipe, which I found very helpful. She also includes tips for many recipes to help the process go more smoothly. I plan to start with braised chicken thighs and homemade grain-free tortillas. Thanks to @Netgalley for this advanced e-copy!
This cookbook is a game-changer! The quick and easy grain-free recipes not only simplify meal prep but also deliver delicious and wholesome dishes. From breakfast to dinner, the variety of flavors and simplicity make it a go-to for anyone looking to embrace a grain-free lifestyle without sacrificing taste. Highly recommend!
I was so excited to come across this book since I have just embarked on a gluten free / dairy free diet for my hashimotos autoimmune thyroid issues. This book is full of great recipes to help me in this new journey, The book is organized well, the photography is clear and bright, and the recipes are varied. I really like that the author supplies substitutions to accommodate different dietary needs. So far everything seems amazing and I can't wait to really dive in and try all of the recipes in this book!
I eat grain free 90% of the time and I'm always looking for new recipes. A lot of times the recipes repeat themselves or are very similar across the board. What really stood out to me in this recipe book is there were a variety of new and different recipes that I've never seen before. The recipes are easy to make and with basic ingredients. A great addition to those just getting started on a gluten free/grain free diet or for those looking for new and fresh ideas.
Thanks to Netgalley and Quarto Publishing Group – Fair Winds, New Shoe Press for a digital ARC in exchange of my honest review.
I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook.
This ebook is full of really good looking recipes for people who are keto/grain free. Even though I am not grain free I am always looking some alternative ideas for grain free. I will say that the recipes seem easy to follow and look good. But the recipes call for a lot of $$ ingredients. So if that doesn't bother you then you will probably love trying these recipes out.
For anyone making the switch to a grain free diet or just looking to add more grain free meals to their weekly rotation, this is a great selection! I really appreciated the guide to the grain free pantry and the family meals sections!
