More self-helpy than anticipated, this book is on an interesting and important topic but feels indulgent and self-congratulatory often. It took a long time to get into the meat, and even then the self-help, quiz style workbook like sections killed the flow. It's not a total dud, and makes important points, but it also is proud of doing so and isn't as introspective or analytical as hoped for.
