Leo is a Loving father - a Loyal husband and apparently also a Liar!
Diana and Leo have been married for fifteen years; they have ten year old twin boys - Rowan and Sawyer, They live near a park that the boys love.
Prologue starts with Rowan rushing home to announce winning a soccer match. Rowan wants to know if Dad will take him and his brother for donuts. However Sawyer isn’t home yet ~ Rowan announces ~ What is taking him so long? Rowan then starts to head back to the park to find him. Diana tells him to wait and she’ll go with him. Just as Diana is heading out the door her phone vibrates with a message.
– If you want Sawyer to come home, your husband needs to tell the truth.
Diana shows her message to Leo and he groans.
Diana says with tears in her eyes ~ “What have you done, Leo?”
Story starts with the timeline –Five weeks ago – POV Serena
Leo is a successful Real Estate Agent and meets Serena Burns who is in commercial real estate at a conference. They see each other at a bar and Leo offers to buy her a drink. She answers that they could drink at the bar or have drinks in her room. Needless to say Leo is weak and they go to her room.
Thus the story begins, continues to present day with Sawyer’s disappearance.
Story goes in a direction I didn’t expect.
This is my tenth Nicole Trope. I am a fan! She does not disappoint.
I love reading “A Letter from Nicole” (I so love reading the author’s notes and getting the inside scoop)
She tells us that Diana emerged later in her edits. I believe most of us wanted to know more about how she was dealing with all of this. We know Leo is not a nice person.
As for how it ended ~ I believe Book Clubs are going to have a Great discussion on Leo!!!
Want to thank NetGalley and Bookouture for granted me this GREAT early eGalley.
Publishing Release Date scheduled for February 28, 2024.

Nicole Trope has been an auto buy author for the longest time. Her books are always so engaging and twisty.
This book is no different., and if possible one of her best to date.
I was gripped and thoroughly engrossed within the first few pages.
Leo and Diana have been married for a decade abd have 10 year old twin boys Keo, a philandering, egotistical piece of work has a secret past which is about to be blown apart. Someone has taken one of his sons. Why?
From beginning to end I was hooked on this wild ride! I loved the concept and it was set up and executed perfectly. It was entertaining and suspenseful. Great characterization and the ending was satisfying with a good twist.
Told from multiple points of view , it was interesting to hear each perspective.
It's been a while since I've read a book in one sitting.
Thanks to Netgally and Bookature for the advanced copy. All opinions are voluntary.

I must say from the beginning that I do not think I have ever read one of this author’s books and not enjoyed them. His Double Life also fell into this category, and I was extremely happy to find this so, a fabulous read that I devoured. But I do have to say I did not think the cover did the book justice; I think this deserved a little bit more design creativity. It was only that this was another favorite author that I requested it.
Leo and Diana were married fifteen years ago and for many years the marriage was strong but lately Diana has the feeling that things are not quite like they used to be, and she has major suspicions about her husband. He is not attentive to her or their children, they have two twin boys, and she thinks something is just off, at least that is what her intuition is telling her, and we all know how quite often this would only lead to the truth. Secrets are hard to hide and believe e me there are quite a few being held here.
Leo is a real estate agent who thinks he is god’s gift to the profession; in real life he was doing ok but recent times have made his boss lose faith in him, and he is jealous of other staff members that seem to be exceeding him in sales and in reputation.
This is really a cracker of a book; the pace is fast and the plot strong. Great characterization by the author even if you did not like some of the people we are presented with, they enhance the story so much and that is what keeps you captivated throughout. Some really good twists and turns and an ending which was excellent and very cleverly thought out by the author. A five star read for me.
Thank you to Netgalley, the author and publisher for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.

Thank you to NetGalley, the Publishers, and Nicole Trope for an ARC of His Double Life! It took me a minute to get into, but once everything started playing out I was hooked! One of the twists has both my hands up holding my head because I didn’t think I read it right! Thankfully I was alone so no one heard my WHAT!! I am really excited to read more of Nicole’s books - once they grip their books into you, you are hooked and hope you enjoy the ride 🤣 Diana is going by day to day life with a husband that is not present with her or her twins. She receives a text about saying if you want your son back your husband has to tell the truth. What in the absolute world has Liam done now?!

The first thing I’m going to say is that I love this authors work, Nicole Trope books are always outstanding, I’ve read quite a few of her books now and she is one of my go to authors always, an absolute favourite of mine. She knows her stuff and sure knows how to tell a story and keep her readers captivated right to the very end.
So Nicole latest book Hos Double Life was truly brilliant, highly entertaining, loved it from start to finish. I enjoyed getting to know all of the characters, trying to figure them all out, as well as piecing the story together bit by bit or trying to in some places. Nicole sure had me guessing a fair bit, trying to figure it all out and wondering how it would all end. Suffice to say I couldn't have been more wrong if I tried. Absolutely amazing and a brilliant ending.
So another excellent book from Nicole, I’m forever thankful for having discovered your books some years ago, as you have fast become a favourite author of mine.

I thought this book was interesting. I enjoyed the premise of it and it was very well written. The characters were dramatic and I liked seeing how the characters relationships intertwined with each other.

First I want to thank NetGalley, Bookouture and Nicole Trope for my ARC of His Double Life.
I really enjoyed this book and what a ride! I didn’t see the end coming! Seriously I was hooked from the prologue! The way this book played out was great. I couldn’t put it down because I just had to know how it ended! Wow is all I have to say! Well done, I can’t wait to read the next one!

Another hit from Nicole Trope
.this one started off a bit slow for me after the initial bang at the beginning.. but definitely made it up in the middle and ending. Surprises you didn't see coming..another book that you should pick up to read. Solid characters brought it to life.
Thanks to the author, the publisher and Netgalley for an early release of this book.

Nicole Trope had me hooked in the first chapter. This book was full of secrets and twists and I couldn’t put it down. I am amazed at her plot lines and am left guessing as to who is to blame for what. Trope does a great job of engaging the reader and her fans will not be disappointed in this novel. Run to pick this book up as fast as you can.
Thank you NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Thank you NetGalley and Bookouture for another 5 star from Nicole Trope’s latest His Double Life. Very fast read, very Powerful plot with redemption. Loved how it ended but WOW what a sleaze bag Leo was, otherwise the characters were Awesome. Sad how this could have happened in real life. A very, very, very good book. Thank you again.

There’s a reason Nicole Trope is one of my fave writers of all time and this is it! This was worth the wait - every week checking to see if another novel is there for me to request! Once on my shelf, all others have to go to the back of the queue as I settle down for an absolute roller coaster! Trope’s books do follow a familiar path! There are usually hideous characters and fabulous characters, a tale so outrageous you spend most of it with your mouth open and finally an ending that you were not expecting! Written in such a fantastic way, told by many POV, I loved this from the first page to the last!! Now I need to wait ages for another!! Loved it!

A brilliant book from the beginning until the end, great well described characters that kept me involved in the storyline.
This has to be my second top ten reads for this year. It was a twisty read all the way with a great ending, everything brought together with a satisfactory conclusion.
Thank you to Netgalley and Bookouture for this ARC which I have no hesitation in recommending.

I enjoyed reading this book, I am not sure if I find the end as justice, I would have liked something more drastic, but it was an enjoyable read, with nice twists.
Thanks to Netgalley and Bookouture for access to this arc in exchange for my honest review.

I love all the Nicole Trope books I have read and this one was no different, I am always instantly gripped and can't put it down until I know the truth.

#HisDoubleLife by Nicole Trope. I am SHOCKED! I finished this book in just 2 days. My second book by this author and she does not disappoint
A woman begins to receive anonymous messages from a woman claiming to be sleeping with her husband. She’s always suspected her husband was cheating on her, but what she doesn’t know is much , much worse. Her husband’s past has put her family in danger and she’s not sure who to believe.
Thank you #netGalley!

His Double Life by Nicole Trope is a good suspense thriller. The story is told from different points of view (Leo, Serena, Diana, etc.) and with varying timelines; the story flows well and is not confusing.
I could not put this book down. Just when you think you know what will happen, bam, a new twist is introduced. I found myself shouting, "What?!!" so many times when reading this book. My favorite character was Melanie, and Diana grew on me as time went on. Leo was a sleaze.
The writing was solid, crisp, and unraveled a good psychological thriller. I would recommend this book.

Another great book by Nicole! Leo and Diana’s marriage is struggling due to Leo’s cheating, lack of interest in his family, and entitled attitude. While Leo is engaging in an affair with Serena, secrets come to light that he has kept hidden.
Melanie’s brother is killed by a drunk driver. The driver is in prison and reaches out to Melanie in hopes of her support for parole. They end up talking and getting to know each other.
Characters join together to get revenge on Leo. Who they are and how they are connected is not necessarily what the reader would think. Great ending!

Wow Nicole Trope does it again with a book I devoured in one sitting. This is a great book about punishment and redemption and I loved the conclusion as it went in a direction I was not expecting. This is a great read and not to be missed.

This was a good psychological thriller with several twists and turns! I couldn’t put it down until I found out how everything ends! Fans of thrilling stories will enjoy this one!

I absolutely loved this unputdownable story!!
Karma..they sayy. Karma. Which i believe in!!
I was hooked from page 1 to the end. So many twists, so much suspense but i flew through this book enjoying every word, sentence, paragraph and page. If you love psychological thrillers you will love this one.
