I struggled to get into this book. It has a lovely setting & great characters. But it seemed slow moving & difficult to keep my attention
This is the last book in the series, I hadn’t read the previous books, so I think that I’m lacking the parts of the story. This was a charming love story that was well written but just wasn’t for me.
I love this author and I love how good she is with making a standalone book, although you should also check out the series too. This is 3rd book in the series and there’s something about a summer wedding that fills my soul with joy. Lovely cosy read.
I loved this book. Jess and Riley have almost finished their renovations of the manor and Jess has been working on getting Cappy to stay. Adam and Ivy have a surprise news announcement and suddenly everything becomes a bit chaotic.
This is such a good series. I hope there are more to come.
This is a sweet' lovely cosy and fun read. Light-hearted and a book to make you smile. We all need to read books like this. The setting, the story and the characters are all beautiful and fun. The writing makes it so easy to read and it is a book to sit in the sun with and just read to your hearts content.
It is the third book of a series but can be read as a standalone. For anyone looking to chill out on any day with a good book than this is the book for you. Love the descriptions of the farm and countryside as it transported me there. Cosy and fun.
Thank you NetGalley and Aria & Aries for giving me the opportunity to read and review this book.
Great to catch up with Jess and Riley and all the rest of the crowd. As always a lovely warm book full of great characters and a good storyline that makes very easy reading so that I read it in one go. I hope there are more to come in this series
A beautiful cozy book with substance. For me the biggest appeal is the setting. I love the farm life and everything that goes with it. This book is for some who wants a comforting read with a lot of heart and some big ups and downs.
If you are for a feel good vibes and just put -the-smile-one-your-face type of book this one is for you. It was a sweet read. It is an opened door type of romance, and that was spicy... Thanks for opportunity to read this book
A Summer wedding at the Cornish Manor by Linn B. Halton was just fantastic and I was hooked from the first few pages. It was so nice to revisit this series of Escape to Cornwall and to find out what happened next for the characters as you invest so much into reading about their stories that’s it’s lovely when you have a follow up. Fingers crossed there is another follow up to follow.

Renweneth Manor in Cornwall is a beautiful old building which after her grandmothers passing has stood empty for many years, now it definitely needs some love and attention to totally bring it back to life again. Soon ground workers are on site and skips are arriving and a new septic tank is being installed. Jess doesn't want to throw away much, feeling that it should be repurposed and she feels she can hear her grandmother telling her to get rid of things, she doesn't know what to do. But there are also many business opportunities here including art studios, bakery shop, a campsite and even a yoga area.
Her boyfriend Riley and her grandad Cappy along with some local builders are taking on most of the work. But with her own wedding on the horizon and her mum badgering her about organising things now and not leaving it to the last minute, things are really starting to stress Jess out. But with all the renovation work going on, she feels that should come first. Then very soon other things gradually take over her list of priorities, the main ones being workmen, companies going bust and friends starting a family. But soon there are housing problems, friends with pressing issues regarding housing and family life, and problems with Riley's ex keeps interfering in their everyday lives. Jess feels that things are never going to run smoothly, and the wedding list is getting longer and nothing decided yet, is it all going to come together on the special day?
A lovely feel good story, set in a lovely location in Cornwall with a great set of characters that you can't help but care about. I really enjoyed reading it, a five-star read from me.
The third and final book in the Renweneth Farm series gives a very satisfying ending. After following the lives of Jess, Riley and Cappy through the ups and downs of their lives in Cornwall I was delighted to find out the final chapter.
Liked:
*Cozy farm setting
*Great characters-seemed like good friends
*Loved Jess &Riley’s relationship- same goals, good communication skills, similar experiences
*At times emotional read
*Happy ending
Didn’t care for:
*Slow-burn read
*Open door romance- had to skip a few paragraphs 🌶️.
The seasons are flying by and the little community at Renweneth Farm is growing. With The Courtyard Hub now a hive of activity and the bakery doing well, its time for Jess to move onto the next phase - restoring Renweneth Manor, and a big task lies ahead if it is going to be anywhere near ready to become the family home she and Riley hope it will be. With building works underway, and a wedding to plan, there is more than enough to keep everyone busy, so when fate decides to throw in an extra few curve balls, Jess begins to wonder if she can stay on top of everything and get the happy-ever-after she deserves.
For the final lovely instalment in the Escape to Cornwall series, Linn B. Halton takes us back to the bustling community at Renweneth Farm, where, thanks to Jess' vision, local businesses are thriving - and her own love life has taken an unexpected upturn in the shape of man-of-her-dreams, builder Riley.
Wedding bells are now in the air for the couple, but the path to the altar is about to be strewn with more than a few bumps. Business problems, clashing personalities (Prudie I am looking at you), housing issues, and growing numbers in the local community are causing all sort of headaches, and that is before we even get started on the nitty gritty of wedding arrangements, closure from previous relationships, and breaches to be healed in families, before the nuptials roll around.
As always, Halton packs this story with a wonderful community of characters, and balances her storylines about family, friendship and forgiveness with lots of engaging detail about house renovations and the ups and downs of running a small business. This is something I really enjoy about her stories, as it gives you a lot to think about at the same time as having your heartstrings plucked - and plucked they will be on the way to the warm and fuzzy ending.
Full of love, laughter and life, this book will make you yearn to live in beautiful Cornwall at Renweneth Farm too. It is a perfect book to snuggle up on the sofa with, and ignore the unseasonable rain outside!
I’ve loved this series and think this book has been my favorite bringing together the story lines from the previous two books in a perfect ending. Beautifully written the characters leap off the page and their relatability draws you in and makes you feel a part of the story. Set on the gorgeous Cornish Coast it is a perfect piece of romantic escapism exploring themes of love, friendship, community and life’s ups and downs. There are enough twists to keep the pages turning and although I raced through I didn’t want it to end.
I did enjoy reconnecting with everyone at Renweneth farm Community. The third book in the series where Jess & Riley are getting married & are renovating Renweneth Manor to have as their family home. So much to do & so little time, made more difficult with problems thrown at them.
I've enjoyed following Jess's life & for her to have her happy ever after. Well worth a read!
"A Summer Wedding at the Cornish Manor" follows Jess and Riley as they prepare for their wedding while renovating Renweneth Manor. Jess's best friend Ivy and her husband Adam also face challenges with Ivy's bakery business and an unexpected arrival. The novel explores Jess's independent approach to life and Riley's personal growth. Set in picturesque Cornwall, it offers vivid descriptions of the farm and countryside. Although it can be read as a standalone, reading the series enriches the experience. The heartwarming story highlights a supportive community coming together, providing a satisfying conclusion to the series.
I'm in the mood for light and heartwarming novel. This is a good one and made me smile, have fun, and root for the characters

Many thanks to the publisher for this ARC, all opinions are mine
Firstly, I would like to say, that I loved the detailed descriptions in this book, the growths of the farm and the ideas for it. I could easily connect with the main characters Jess and Riley and the whole story was light, clean, and cozy.
The pair restores an old Manor and rebuilds it for their needs and adapts to modern necessities.
It was a joy to read about the whole farm, its growing activities, and the preparations for Jess and Riley's wedding.
However in my opinion the story was accompanied by too many calculations and I have missed at least a little twist in the story and therefore the wow effect.
All in all, I would recommend this book to readers in between books who want a light, cozy British story.
I would also like to say my thanks to NetGalley and the Publisher for providing of this book an early review.
A wonderful next installment of the Cornish series! Sweet, lighthearted romance just right for the summer! I had joined this series late and wish I'd started at the beginning, but I was able to understand everything despite coming late to the party.
Recommended as a fun, fast, light summer read.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ARC. #sponsored
I read this book and have to say that the book was one of the kind that just made me happy and feel good. The story gave me a little bit of everything and wrapped it together with the big bow.
The author has written a story that will be loved by many.
Thank you NetGalley, Linn B. Halton and Aria & Aries for the book A Summer Wedding at the Cornish Manor. This is my personal review.
