Such a great book to end the Lovelight series! Nova and Charlie are by far my favorite couple of all the books. Their love was dynamic and previous. It wasn't overly unrealistic.

I LOVE that Nova is such a strong female character lead in this book. I also enjoy the fact that previous couples continued to play a strong role in the novel. I've enjoyed the series and can't wait to reach more from the author!

Nova is opening a tattoo shop in the small town she grew up in. She is dealing with a lot of anxiety about it and is scared of failure. In comes Charlie, a businessman who has helped Nova with her shop and starts a friends with benefits situation with him while he's in town. This book was a cute contemporary romance that deals mental health issues of the main characters and shows growth of these characters.
I haven't read the other books in this series and think I would have understood some characters and their personalities more if I did so. But I do think it can be read without reading the other books in the series.

I was so sad to be ending the Lovelight series because I love it so much. However I was so excited to get to know Charlie more and boy did he not disappoint. Who I was surprised by was my girl Nova. She has a huge space in my heart now and might just have beat out Stella for my favorite female in the series. (Besides Mrs. Beatrice I want on that latte list) This book is for the perfectionists, the people pleasers, those who mask their insecurities with humor. Watching Nova and Charlie navigate their lives, and their connection to one another was truly special. I’d recommend this to anyone and it was the perfect conclusion to this series. All of our updates on previous couples had my heart soar. I will always love Inglewild. Meet me at Layla’s.

Borrison has done it again, and this may be the best one yet. The final installment (or maybe not?? I hope?) in this series, it firmly solidified the Lovelight series in my all time favorites.

this was my second book from this author and i lovedddd! i’ve never read a book that had a focus/plot involving tattoos and i adored how different this was! also their tension was just stellar and everything i needed

One of my favorite series ever. I love Boris’ writing. I think is my fav out all of them right now. I love the grumpy sunshine trope so much! Charlie is the best book boyfriend and such a golden retriever. The communication in this book was top notch. Everyone needs to take notes. Loved it so so much!

I think this is my favorite in the Lovelight Farms series. I loved Charlie, but I also loved Nova. She’s a perfectionist and a girl boss and takes life a little too seriously sometimes, and Charlie is funny and outgoing and flirty. I loved the banter. The dialogue had my smiling and giggling.
The romance (and spice) in this book was top tier too. So well written, and swoon worthy. I love a couple that knows how to communicate. This is another 5 ⭐️ romance for me!

I received this as an ARC and was super excited to read it since I only heard good things about the other books. But, I don’t think it’s for me. It starts off at a wedding where a lot of characters are being introduced and talked too and I felt like I had no idea what was going on and then pieced together that these are all the characters from her last books! If id started from the first book then I think it all would have made more sense to me! But it felt a little like I was being thrown into the middle of a book and having to piece it together.

The town is really cute and gave me lots of Gilmore girls vibes and I did think the two main characters were enjoyable to read. But the book was a lot more spicier than I expected! And I had too many cringey or eye roll moments when it came to certain scenarios. I also felt like the spice took over majority of the book when I was wanting to get to know the characters, their relationship, and town more.

But just cause it’s not for me doesn’t mean it won’t be for you!

BK Borison's books are great comfort reads, but BUSINESS CASUAL was a bit too sugary sweet for me personally. I was looking for a bit more tension or spark. I recommend this book for those looking for a low-angst, low-conflict romance.

What a lovely conclusion to the Lovelight Farms series!! I love this little town so much I don't want to leave! Nova and Charlie were fantastic characters and I really loved their personalities together. The smut started early on and was also v v v good.

Business casual. That guy who is always around. The one guy who can make you laugh. The guy who you can always rely on. That might be the guy you have always been looking for

this book had me blushing, giggling, and kicking. "hey, nova girl" will be my roman empire. charlie is the definition of a golden retriever boy and i absolutely love him to death. he is literally the man i want for myself.

the first four chapters was difficult for me to get through, but after that i couldn't put this book down! the plot and their relationship was perfectly paced and i enjoyed every second. friends to lovers can be a hit or miss sometimes, but this one was done right. everything about charlie and nova is perfection. the tension was palpable and the banter was exquisite. definitely one of my top romances!!

The easiest five stars ever, I can not express how much I adored this book and how special it is to me now. I will obsess over these characters forever and cherish this couple for the rest of time.

BK Borison creates such a rich world in the town of Inglewild that any romance reader is delighted to re-enter her world! Business Casual is a bit steamier than her past Lovelight Farms books, but still every bit as romantic as the characters work through their inner turmoils to come together. One caveat is the nickname of 'Nova girl' didn't work for me as it felt like something a father might call his daughter and it was used very often in the book. But otherwise, charming!

I love a small town romance.

This was just super cute and low stakes. Comforting. A light read full of yearning. Feels as realistic as a romance novel could be, very rooted in reality. And I really enjoyed being in the universe of this little story.

The best part no third act break up!!

Now I want to start the series all over...

I have enjoyed all of these books and this one was no different. Such a sweet little love story. Charlie and nova were really fun and as always, the town is the best part

I did not realize this book was part of a series but I will definitely be reading the others. I really enjoyed this book! I gave it a four star and it was a great palette cleanser for me! The FMC and MC are attracted to each other and agree to one night if no strings attached “adult fun” but is one night enough?? I haven’t read anything by this author before but as I said, I will definitely be reading the rest of this series!

This book comes out July 16, 2024 and is the fourth and final book in the Lovelight series! Charlie and Novas story was a fantastic ending to this series. 👏🏻

I truly enjoyed this book and will miss rhe incredible town of Inglewood! I love the characters, the setting, the depth to the characters and the steam is very well written. Although this wasn’t my favorite of the series, I still really enjoyed it and can’t wait to read whatever B.K. Borison writes next.

The way Charlie cared for Nova made my heart melt and I love hearing about her dreams for the tattoo shop. Of course the meddling from the siblings and town in their relationship was great too!

I am a @authorbkborison fan account and this book has just reinforced that. I adore Lovelight Farms and all the characters there and I love a romanticization of the shore that makes me enjoy living here. Nova and Charlie are perfect together and I can’t say enough good things about this book. I need the Inglewild merch so I can pretend it’s real.
Do yourself a favor and read this book when it publishes July 16 (and the whole rest of the series)
