Good to be back at Puddleduck farm again. I have read the others in the series but, if I’m honest, I’ve read so many other books in between that I had forgotten much of what had happened. However, the way this is written not only prompted my memory but also allows it to be read as a stand alone novel as the author adds small, naturally occurring, re-caps about certain characters or situations which not only help the storyline grow but also enables a greater reader understanding.
I did enjoy that, like the other books, there are at least two storylines running concurrently as this increases interest throughout the book.
I do hope there is another book to come, with wedding bells ringing and confetti falling once again at Puddleduck farm.

I have to say, I was shocked and saddened when I found out that this is the last book in the Puddleduck Farm series. I’ve only reviewed the first one and loved it. I have to go back and catch up on the books I missed. It’s such a well written series that I want to experience all the books in order now.
I just love Phoebe and Sam, and am a horse lover, so the pony incident and every reference to horses and/or ponies as well as riding them was a winner for me. The New Forest is an iconic and idyllic place, and I have never forgotten a visit there during a past vacation. Pheobe’s passion for her job is just as awe inspiring as in the first book.
I was glad Rufus had some developments in his life. I was concerned for Jan and her health and pleased and humbled at howeveryone rallied around to help her.
Living the Dream at Puddleduck Farm is the perfect finale to the series and I am sad it has ended.
Thanks to Della Galton, Boldwood Books and Rachel’s Random Resources for my eARC in exchange for an honest and voluntary review.
5 stars

I do enjoy this series its so lovely. The vets, the animals and the romance. I hope there is more to come as I want to read more about Puddleduck farm. My thanks to netgalley and the publishers for giving me the opportunity to read this book in return for an honest review.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC.
What a cute and fun book. I love the farm aspect of it since I own a horse farm.
I am definitely going to be reading more books in this series. Loved it.

Phoebe has finally realized that your best friend (Sam) can also be your lifetime partner/husband (Sam). Sam has loved her and wanted to marry her forever, but Phoebe seemed unaware of this aspect of their relationship. The story is gentle and a really pleasant way to unwind. I love this series!
I requested and received a free e-book copy from Boldwood Books via NetGalley. Thank you!

I loved being back at Puddleduck Farm. I’m so happy to see Maggie get married and be so happy, she is such a great character and I love how she tackles life.
Phoebe and Sam are great characters too, they are such a great match and it was nice to see them having issues that are so common in new couples. They had insecurities and hopes and dreams they didn’t quite want to share for fear of rejection. Seeing them navigate these issues made them so much more relatable.
Seeing Rufus take control of his life and decide that love trumps all was great, I’m really pleased that he got to find love and what a great match he found.
The issue with Jan was very sensitively done and it was really interesting to read, I loved all the support sheets given, such understanding family and friends.
I can’t wait to see what happens next in this series.

The sweet grand finale of the Puddleduck Farm series. I enjoyed the wrap up of this final installment along with some divergent storylines that tied everything up in a neat bow. Certainly should read in order, as the development of the characters and their relationships is already set.

1.5/5. To be honest this book was really boring and there were so many characters to keep track of. I went in expecting a romance but it wasn’t. I think if a book is marketed as a romance it should have more focus on the actual romance. I didn’t like the plot but I did like the writing. The writing was nice.

I must admit I thought not anther Puddleduck Farm book but wow I loved it. Phoebe is a great character and the plans for her grans wedding are great. Her relationship with Sam made you happy . We all have juggled work and a new relationship and it is not easy
Rufus story was good and the twist in that was not what you expected.. A neat ending. A much enjoyed read

I have been an avid fan of this series since it started following the lives of Phoebe in the New Forest . She’s now got her established vet practice and is settled.
What will happen in the next part?
Enjoyable as always.

Della is back with the fourth book of her gorgeous Puddleduck Farm series. From the moment I opened the book it was like coming home as I dived back into the world of Phoebe, Sam and Rufus.
Wedding bells are ringing in glore in Living the Dream as Maggie finally marries Eddie. In a book that has adorable Dalmatians, a horse mystery as well as all the charm of the characters we've become to love. It also touches PND, a subject that we need to talk more about so well done Della for writing it so well.
Thank you to the publishers for extending this series that makes me laugh and cry especially Quackhead who had me crying with tears.
Can't wait for book 5!
