For someone interested in starting a Paleo diet, there are enough recipes here to help you explore a variety of ethnic meals.

For me personally, I prefer more plant based foods that have easily found ingredients.

I will spare you my own opinion on the paleo diet and its claims that our digestive system did not evolve or the fact that they pick and choose things from the group foods that they eliminate from the diet.

Let's focus only on this cookbook, which is great picture wise. I think in this day and age it's mandatory for cookbook to feature pictures and this one does and they are really good! Variety wise it offers a lot of recipes too and I saved a lot of them. I really enjoyed the section on sauces and condiments and how to make your own condiment mixes.

What made me not really enjoy this cookbook was the lack of information on the specific diet and, of course, the fact that a lot of regular ingredients are replaced with harder to find ingredients, usually more expensive things and this is never discussed - even though how easy it is to eat paleo is talked about at every corner of this book. That left me with a bitter taste.

Oh, and then there's the only fruit dessert which... did you really need to put it in this cookbook? I know the main thing about that dessert is the syrup in which the fruits are washed, but I would've preferred a solo recipe for the syrup and the fruit as alternative on how to serve it. Speaking of that, a lot of the recipes could've used serving suggestions (other than just cauliflower rice).

A good collection of recipes. We haven't found any that we love yet but they aren't bad and if you like a Paleo diet this is likely to give you new ideas.

I most definitely misjudged the paleo diet if this cookbook is any indication of the recipes you can eat.

Wow the recipes are easy to follow. With easily accessible ingredients. The pictures are well lit and beautifully shot.

Only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star review is I wish there were more recipes in each category.

Switching to a paleo diet might be daunting for those not familiar with the different ingredients that are common to this form of diet. However, I was quite impressed by the first section that included recipes for making some of the spice blends and sauces that are often used in these recipes. Rather than trying to source Za'atar or Garam masala (especially if in a rural area), one can make their own blend from more easily found ingredients. There are a variety of ethnic recipes in this book (e.g., Tostones with Guasacaca or Lega Tibs), which peaked my curiosity. I'm also glad that there are photos of nearly every recipe, providing additional incentive to try t hem. I'd give this book a good recommendation not only for those on a paleo diet, but also folks on no particular diet.

Quick & Easy Paleo Had some great recipes that I would like to try. It begins with several different homemade seasons. A date syrup, two types of ghee’s, and how to make almond milk from almonds. There is also some almond butter and cashew cream I’d love to try. Recipes from appetizers, soups, salads , & snacks. There is a skillet cornbread and a creole maple pumpkin seeds. There are recipes of with poultry, beef, pork and Lamb. There is a spicy pecan chicken, Peruvian roast chicken, double salsa slow cooker chicken, & honey-chipotle short ribs. Lots of recipes and dessert recipes my favorites are vegetable roasted squash & brussel sprouts. I’m also excited to try vanilla-cardamom berries, lemon olive oil cake & a Black Forest Cake. All In all I can’t wait to try some of these recipes.

This cookbook provided me with an excellent introduction to the paleo style of eating, which I was not previously familiar with. I believe it would be an ideal cookbook for anyone who is trying to adopt a paleo diet.

“Quick and Easy Paleo Recipes” is of full of great meal ideas! Whether you’re trying to eat a paleo diet or just need something new there is something for everyone. I particularly loved the Pan Seared Pork Chops with Cumen and Salsa Verde and the Curry Roasted Brussels Sprout and Squash.

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the ebook.
This is a great cookbook that is full of recipes! I am not trying to go full Paleo but just looking for more healthy recipes for my family and the recipes seem easy and wonderful photos of all the recipes. Highly recommend

If you cook paleo and are looking for a short collection of world cuisine recipes, this is an OK choice. Otherwisethere are much better paleo cookbooks, like the nom-nom paleo seriees.

I recently have had to change my diet due to food intolerances and this book had so many recipes that are within my limits. Not only were they easy to follow but they were also really delicious. My husband who eats like a 6 year old even enjoyed these meals! This is a great book for anyone looking to follow a paleo style diet!

The recipes are easy to follow and a lot of them look so very yummy.. some products are pricey though and some I can’t find in my town.

Easy-to-follow recipes with lots of nice photos, too bad they didn't translate the American weights and measures (even in parentheses) into some measure that might be clearer for the rest of the world.

Ricette facili da seguire con tanto di belle foto, peccato non abbiano tradotto i pesi e le misure americane (anche tra parentesi) in qualche misura che possa essere piú chiara per il resto del mondo.

Another great cookbook for people who want to eat healthy and have a bit of fun cooking. Easy recipes, great ingredients, helpful information and tasty to boot.

Great and simple recipes! Easy to follow and follows all the Paleo guidelines. Definitely recommend it to those on a diet. My only concern is that some of the materials in the recipe can be a bit pricey but ugh... inflation.
