Winston Greene is a washed-up actor with his best years behind him. His daughter, Claire, is kidnapped and she won't be safely returned until the kidnappers get all his "movie money." Win can't go to the cops because the kidnappers promise Claire will be hurt. He finds help from his good buddies, Grover, a Hollywood stuntman, and Beau, a former LAPD detective-turned PI. Unfortunately for Win (and Claire), the movie money is gone.
Fun Hollywood romp that reads like a gritty screen-play. Read by the author who is also an actor.

This read like an action-packed film vehicle for an aging male lead. It wasn’t my kind of movie, or book, but I can see a (primarily older white male) audience enjoying this.

Premise - a washed up alcoholic movie star has a shot at redemption after his drug addicted daughter is kidnapped for a high ransom he can no longer afford.
