This is a very good book which explains anxiety and its related symptoms to children and even adults who don't know how to put the things they are feeling into words. We follow our main character as she is feeling anxiety and her internal monologue is starting to affect her in more ways that she knows how to explain. She comes to a pivotal point and finds that speaking to someone helps her to understand her feelings and what she is going through. This is definitely a book that I will be recommending to people with children and also parents who have children suffering from this.
