Such a sentimental book - would be a great gift for your daughter becoming a mother at her baby shower or to surprise your mom with for a pregnancy announcement. Very sweet!

This book was so beautiful, I found myself tearing up by the last page. It depicted all the stages of motherhood in such a realistic and love filled way. This book and it's message could be read and felt by anyone but it was extra heartwarming to read a book that depicts the mother and daughter relationship in such a beautiful way. I highly recommend this book and it would make a lovely gift to a new mom.

This is an adorable children’s book and as a mother I can fully appreciate. I think a few scenes go over the kids head but great a parent who can smile at those scenes. It’s a sweet story of always you can rely on your mother no matter the topic.

A beautiful read that celebrates the selflessness and unconditional love of a mother, as well as the lifelong bond she has with her child. The book packs an emotional punch despite its short length and reminded me of my own mother. Even at this age, she's the one I want to tell first whenever I have good news 🥺

I loved the drawings and little details in the pictures. Level of this book by the sentences are could be more early elementary, so later grades might appreciate more about the book than earlier grades.

This book was so cute, both in content and the illustrations! It had similar vibes to I’ll love you forever without the parent boundary concerns I have in that book. I for sure will be putting this book into rotation with my children!

My goodness, this one hit me right in the feels. Being a mom, I was immediately drawn to this one. And it was absolutely and completely so much of what being a mom is - It's that call that your little one(s) need you for any and everything. But the last pages of this one were just the best as they made the generational connection. This was absolutely beautiful, and it's a reminder that as a mom, you're never alone. Thanks to NetGalley for the look at this March 2024 release.

This book resonates with me as I just had a new baby and also a toddler so juggling mom hood x2 is very rough. I thank God I have my mom there to help me with every step of the way.

This book is short and sweet with such detailed illustrations that draw you in and make you feel. The cover is a fresh breath of air and the ending is like a warm fuzzy hug.

This book was super cute, I loved the story, and as someone who calls her mom often, it resonated. The flow of the book was super easy to read. I really enjoyed the illustrations, they were super detailed (I loved the messy mom hair). I read this with my 5yo and for him, the dialogue broke up the rhyming and was more of a distraction than helpful, so we wound up not reading the dialogue. This would be the perfect gift for new moms.

Call Your Mother was so beautiful! I loved the different life stages of the daughter, and the relationship to the grandmother. It was beautifully illustrated and made me miss my mom.

The parental relationship is depicted beautifully and I hope every child can have such a loving parent that will and wants to support their child through everything.

As usual, it's not for every family, but this can be a good story to teach your child that you, as a mother, want to always be there for them.
