This is just an elaboration on the Marketing Warfare book published several years ago. It's a good book, but I'm not sure it works in real life. Worthy effort.

There is an interesting concept described in the book referred to as a war game that can be applied to an educational or business audiences. The goal is to create close to deal world situations and within the duration of such a game, to develop ideas, strategies, products and solutions. The methodology sounds very promising and may be a real alternative to traditional brainstorming.
