This book. Okay, I'm in the stage of my career where I want to advance but don't want to lose myself to do it. I've been reading a variety of books that are from women giving their advice after long successful careers. A notable title is UNAPOLOGETICALLY AMBITIOUS, which I absolutely loved.
Like that read, Hammer talks about myths that will keep women stagnated and then offers her advice concerning each one of those points. I appreciated how thorough the list was, and on the whole, it made me realize that I do have some myths that are stagnating me.
What this book does well is keep the myths from further preventing women from making progress. A tall premise and a good one.
All in all, 4.3!
