I wish I had this back in January. I tried using this on my boox which runs on android. But I’m still glad I read through this so I’ll try downloading the recommended app and try journaling again!

Meh, not that helpful. The guide if very basic and doesn’t cover the topics I thought it would unfortunately. I’d rather it have provided suggestions in more depth for what the writers are wanting from us as readers.

I downloaded the journal but couldn't see how to actually use it, so downloaded this user guide (as a former technical author I found the idea of having to resort to using a user guide quite funny!)

This is a very useful resource if you are going to use the NetGalley Journal (downloadable from "We Are Bookish").

I'm not sure if I will end up using the journal, as I already record my reads etc on GoodReads. However I will give it a trial run and see how it goes. I like to do my reviewing on my laptop rather than mobile devices, so it depends how the software - Xobo - goes. I had to search to find a free version (MS app store in the end) as the company website only had a monthly-pay or Pro version on offer.
