This book was a warm hug for sensitive souls, I would recommend it to so many people, but especially creatives! It would be a great companion to The Artist's Way junkies. Self love is not a new concept, but this book was so honest about self reflection, self care, and introspection I found it really enjoyable. It made me reflect on myself and I enjoyed the pause it inspired.

Thank you to NetGalley and to the publisher for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Grounded, insightful and balanced.

A strong, straightforward addition to the mental health oeuvre, and a welcome and shining light post on life’s journey. I enjoyed the gentle and generous, compassionate tone of the author along with the insight into their life, along with the quotations, drawings, affirmations and journal prompts. Topics covered include Social Media, Work, Family, Relationships, Dating, Race, Politics, Body Image, Sex, Mental Health and Spirituality.
While it doesn’t go into a lot of depth and detail, Hello, Higher Self: An Outsider’s Guide to Loving Yourself is a quick, short, engaging introduction into caring for your higher self.

Thank you to NetGalley and Publishers for access to a digital ARC. All opinions are my own.

Bunny Michael feels like my wise older kin, dispensing advice just when I need it. I admit that I came to Bunny's work from IG, and have since found multiple inroads to personal growth and becoming my best future self. Thank you for the ARC!

I really enjoyed this book, the anecdotes were raw and relatable and the advice was incredibly useful and authentic. I’ve following Bunny on social media and wasn’t sure how the short form posts would translate into a full book, but I was not disappointed!
