I love this book. Every time I read it I end up laughing out loud. The situations these character get themselves into during the cruise is just hilarious. I think my favorite scene is with the shampoo bottle.

I appreciate the chance to read this book, but it wasn’t one for me. I didn’t finish the book so I will not be rating or reviewing this title. Thank you.

Alice Shepard and Noah Thorpe have been neighbors for years, each ignoring their attraction to the other. But when Alice’s sister’s wedding to her ex boyfriend’s brother comes up she doesn’t want her ex to think she hasn’t gotten over him, so she decides to ask her sexy neighbor to be her fake date. What better way to prove to the lying cheating bastard that she’s moved on is to have some serious eye candy on her arm, right? Does it matter that Noah is a vampire? Hmmm… Anyway, Noah needs to get out of town for a little while, so he agrees to the outrageous plan. Neither one realizes how much this silly plan would change their lives.

The Good
Lighthearted, fun and so very steamy. Noah is awesome! Secondary characters are pretty good. And whoa…Kane. *shivers*

The Bad
Kinda dumb in parts, a bit clichéd in others and Alice starts out as a total wimp.

The Conclusion
An entertaining read for when you don’t want to take a book too seriously, but you also want some nommy sexual tension.

Alice Shepard wants to be at the wedding for her sister, but she has one tiny little problem. Her ex-fiancee, and brother to the groom, who she caught with her best friend are attending. She needs a pseudo boyfriend quick and her mysterious neighbor comes to mind.

Noah Thorpe doesn't usually get close to humans, being a vampire of course their is no need. When his neighbor Alice shows up on his step, he can't help being attracted to her, she is a ray of light. He has watched her over the years and can't deny he has been curious, but her proposal of feigning a relationship on a cruise ship is ridiculous. It just so happens that it is perfect timing for Noah to flee with a proposed arranged bond marriage to someone he has never met is being forced, perhaps the time away will give him the time needed to get out of the arrangement.

Neither Alice or Noah is looking for a relationship, however a few simple touches, an act of protection where Alice is concerned, and a sensual dance has the both giving into the ever growing desire both are keeping bottled up.

Highly entertaining read, I thought the idea of a vampire on a cruise ship is was so unique I knew I had to read this story. Pure delight, I had a permagrin throughout.

Don't Bite the Bridesmaid is a quick, fun, lighthearted read that is just perfect for the summertime. Whether you're looking for something fast to read on the beach or just an evening at home dreaming of an exciting vacation like Alice's, then this is the book for you.

I really liked this book, and I'm looking forward to reading more in the Sons of Kane Series since it seems really promising. The characters, even the supporting characters, were interesting. The story was fun, without any slow parts to slow it down. Definitely a fun read!
