I loved this book! As a big fan of The Last Mrs. Parrish I was both excited for and skeptical of this one. Will it live up to the hype? I feel like it did...and might've even surpassed it! I love the fast paced story, multiple POV, and all the twists!
I really enjoy this duo's writing and am anxious to see if we get a book 3! 4.5 stars.

The Mrs Parrish novels are loved by many. Unfortunately Im just not one of them. I dont know if its the writing style, the long build up that just gets boring, the unintelligent characters or what. But I struggled with this one.
Amber is easy to hate! And those who loved the first may love the second as well!
Chapters are short and easy to read.
Thank you to Netgalley and Bantam for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

What an amazing sequel to the Last Mrs. Parrish. The NEXT Mrs. Parrish delivers thrills in droves and is a must read for anyone who has read her previous book. This book kept me on the edge of my seat and I am going to be honest, I did not see the ending coming. I hope there is more books like this in the future from Liv. If you like thrillers that keep you guessing, you need to read this book!

Did I like it? Yeah, sure! Did I need it? Na, not really.
The Next Mrs. Parrish picks up with our fav couple Jackson and Amber still up to their wicked ways. Amber trying to leave her husband but get his money. Jackson wants his first wife Daphne back and will stop at nothing until he does.
Classic case of rich people behaving badly. It got a lot more fun at around 50% when I started to understand where the new character, Daisy Ann Dallas Queen, came into play with the rest of the characters. The second half was fun but some of the abuse Jackson subjects Daphne to is really hard to read.
Overall if you enjoyed the first one it's fun to get back into this world.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an eARC in exchange for an honest review.

Liv Constantine does a great job with all Mrs. Parrish's. This was a great sequel that incorporated the same characters, and gave some new dynamics to their storyline. We follow the 'after' and what happens next with Jackson's release from prison. It was a twisty, turny journey that had you hooked from the start.

I love that this book has brought back characters from The Last Mrs. Parrish and we can see what they are up to now.
This is another fast reading, page turner!
I loved this thriller and am recommending it to all of my patrons who read the first book.

dare I say even better than part 1 🤩 - daring twists & turns that you are shocked to see coming.Great secrets revealed & great ending. Daph is getting as sneaky as Amber in a good way lol They might be able to do a book 3 if Sneaky Amber finds a way to get out this one lol but with no Jackson no Daph - But who knows can't always count Jackson out the come back King lol -I loved how they included some of the back story of book 1 w/ over doing it or bogging the 2nd book down with it retelling of the 1st book they put just enough that some readers could probably read book 2 w/o book 1 but I don't see any reader knowingly skipping book 1 - Amber's antics kept me reading and wanting more

It’s rare that I like a sequel but I LOVED THIS ONE!!! I couldn’t put my Kindle down!! Love love loved the twists and turns. 5 glorious stars!

I absolutely LOVED the first book in this series so I was so excited to dive back into this world but it reallt just didnt hold my interest. I think it mightve been because it was so long from when I read the first one to the second one I just couldnt get into it :/ i gave up and dnf’d after about 100 pages in

an interesting follow up to the previous novel. I liked this one a little better than the first. Not as good plot twists but I liked following these characters again.

Even though this wasn't quite as smart as the first Mrs. Parrish book, it was still a heck of a lot of fun. The first one was actually really clever and surprising in its twist, whereas this one seemed like it was going more for shock value. I also missed the novella between the books in the Parrish series, so I was maybe starting off on a back foot. But it was fun summer reading!

Great book! I do wonder though if this sequel was needed. At times it felt drawn out. I don't know. I loved the first book but this was good. But not great.

I love Liv Constantine. This book did not disappoint. I liked the first one more, but this follow-up was well written with fun twists as she always adds.

I loved the first book and was really looking forward to the sequel. While I didn’t love as much as I thought I would. It was a good way to conclude the series and close the book on all the characters. While it was appropriate to the story, I questioned the additional characters introduced and the value added.

The first book stuck with me. Like really still one of my favorites. But WHY WHY WHY write another?? Fell completely flat for me. Yes it was ok, she is great with thrillers but it felt like it was struggling for a voice because the first book was completed and not meant to have a “sequel”. Wished it was a Knives Out situation….

ARC READ THROUGH NETGALLEY. ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from this book because it felt like the end of The Last Mrs. Parrish tied up all the loose ends. While some parts of this did feel a little far fetched, I did still think that it was well done.

I read "The Last Mrs. Parrish" a year ago and was excited to get my hands on Liv Constantine's new sequel.
This book was just okay for me. There were moments when I really enjoyed it, but also moments were I found myself getting bored with plot and the "cat and mouse" game the characters played. Still a huge Liv Constantine fan and looking forward to reading her next release!
Thank you to Random House Publishing Group - Ballantine, Liv Constantine and #NetGalley for the ARC and opportunity to read and review this book!

I read and rated this book 3.75 stars. I feel it wrapped up the series perfectly and all loose ends were tied up. Some parts were on the slow side but one part near the end of the book I was shocked! Overall a decent book 🙂

oh my god I loved this book so much. its obvious to say I needed to read this sequel because I LOVED the first book and if you haven't read it stop what you're doing and go get the Last Mrs Parrish. Amber is such a hatable character that I needed to find out what she did next. I was confused at the introduction of a new character (Daisy Ann) and originally thought she would be the new love interest aka the Next Mrs Parrish but I was shortly proven wrong in that regard. I love Liv Constantines writing style, this book is so easy to breeze through, a perfect summer beach read

Having absolutely adored the first book, I was both excited and skeptical when I heard about the sequel. Could it possibly live up to the gripping twists, intense characters, and psychological tension that made the original such a standout? I had my doubts, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised.
From the very first page, the sequel grabs you and doesn’t let go. The narrative is just as compelling, the characters just as complex, and the twists—oh, the twists!—are every bit as jaw-dropping as in the first book. It felt like coming home to a world I was already so deeply invested in, but with fresh and exciting developments that kept me on the edge of my seat.
What I loved most about the sequel is how it built upon the foundation laid by the original, deepening the intrigue and expanding the story in unexpected ways. The authors masterfully weave suspense and emotion, keeping you guessing until the very end. I found myself devouring each chapter, eager to see where the story would lead, and it did not disappoint.
In short, if you loved "The Next Mrs. Parrish," you will absolutely love the sequel. It’s everything you could hope for and more—a thrilling continuation of a story that had already captured my heart. Highly recommended!
