As I felt with book 1 and 1.5 of this series, some of it is a bit far fetched. But it’s still extremely entertaining. I was happy to finally see that Jackson and amber got what they deserved. Revenge was served on a cold cold platter to them both. It was an easy quick read that I enjoyed

I loved the last Mrs Parrish and couldn’t wait to dive into this! This was a great sequel. Like the first one, it is filled with characters you love to hate and seeing some new and old faces! Quite a few twists and turns with some really good entertainment!

Lots of review from the first book. Situations that were just so unbelievably cringey and maddening that I was anxious the entire time I was reading. Not necessarily in a good way. The resolution was quite satisfying though.

As always, great book Liv. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the next story about Mr Parrish & his new wife.

The Next Mrs. Parrish was a great sequel! It had been awhile since I read the first one but it was very easy to jump back in and remember the drama and characters. Plenty of twists I didn’t expect and just overall fun thriller to read. I would love another book in this series! I was sad to finish because it was such a great read but there are plenty of thrillers of Constantine’s to catch up on!

Such a good book! I was really curious to see what this book was about character wise. This book did not disappoint! Be sure to read the first two books!

I read the first book in the series after being approved for this book. I’d say this was a good read and I enjoyed how to the point the book was. This is exactly the type of thriller I enjoy reading!

After reading this, I reevaluated my opinion/rating/review of The Last Mrs. Parrish from 4 to 4.5 (rounded to 5) stars! I just appreciated the twists and turns of it more while reading this one! And I equally enjoyed this one! So twisty! So addictive! Comeuppance may happen!

I was thrilled when I read there was a sequel to THE NEXT MRS. PARRISH by Liv Constantine. The writing duo did not disappoint me; the book was a pleasure to read.

Amber is back and she is as deviant as ever. Amber is married to Jackson Parrish, who is out of prison after serving time for tax evasion. They have a son Jax. The X Mrs. Parrish is back too and it's a crazy ride.

You will love to hate the characters in this book. A worthy read as a stand alone or a sequel.

This book is the perfect example of a second book being written when it just really shouldn’t be.
The writing wasn’t nearly as good as the first, and the dialogue was so cringy at times I had to skim over it.
Also, I feel like this story got us nowhere and I wish all of the characters would have been left where they were.
I so wish I could say that I loved it, but I didn’t.
Loved the first book though.

I was excited to continue this story and I wasn’t disappointed. Although the first book kept me reading, there were a few moments of this book where I needed to push through, particularly around the beach scene. Overall, I really enjoyed the story. The ending was not what I was expecting, but holy moly, I can’t I wasn’t somewhat satisfied with the turn of events. Solid second book!

The Last Mrs. Parrish is one of the first books that got me into thrillers and I will never hesitate to recommend it.

I wishhh the same could be said for the sequel, but it was a struggle to get through The Next Mrs. Parrish. This book picks up with Amber, Daphne, and incarcerated Jackson while also introducing Daisy Ann. Each character has their own motivations, but for me they didn’t seem like logical follow ups to the original story. It felt like an attempt to redo much of what book one did, which just seemed forced.

Daisy Ann was a random addition to the story and I didn’t know enough about her to really care what she was doing and how she was involved. As a result, I wasn’t really invested in her parts of the book and found them a bit hard to follow.

Much of my respect for the ways Amber and Daphne tried to out-manipulate one another in the first book was lost as they seemed to lose their exciting cattiness.

This book was so drawn out and completely fell flat for me.

I would read anything this writing duo puts out, but I was extremely excited to get my hands on this one. I was really anticipating to see the Parrish story continue and this one did not let me down. I loved revisiting the old characters, including the original Mrs Parish, who is one of my favorites, but I also really enjoyed the introduction of new characters in this one. It had a very satisfying ending. If you haven’t read these books, you should definitely get them.

A good sequel to the original. I liked it and read it in record time. Would recommend this author. Her books are always fun. Can’t wait for the next one.

Having read the Last Mrs. Parrish I was very excited to hear about the newest selection from Liv Constantine. I have enjoyed many of the books from this writing duo. While I enjoyed this book, it was not as good as the first Mrs. Parrish book. As a stand alone it would probably have been less enjoyable, but having previously read about these characters; Daphne and Amber, I was invested in their stories. The plot was a little far-fetched for me. However, it was good to see Amber get her comeuppance. A new character was introduced early and her role quickly emerged and made sense. If you enjoyed the Last Mrs. Parrish you will probably enjoy seeing where these characters are now. If you haven't read the first book, I would probably skip this as a stand alone read.

This one was sneaky! Filled with deception, lies and gaslighting. Everyone seems to be two steps ahead of everyone else in so many conniving and greedy plans. But greed doesn't always pay in the ways we want it to.

<i>The Next Mrs. Parrish</i> was all that you expect it to be. It was anxiety inducing. Especially when a mom is making decisions that can put her in danger when her ulimate goal is to keep her kids safe.

As far as pyschological thrillers go, this one checks all the boxes. A dad in jail. A mom moving far away to keep her kids safe. The new wife playing the long game so that she can make it rich.

This was a worthy sequel, but not quite as interesting as the first one. I still enjoyed the characters, but just wasn’t quite as invested with this one. The storyline was interesting, and there were surprises along the way, I just felt it was a bit slow. I still recommend to those that loved the first one!

I had a harder time with this one than I would have thought. I enjoyed book 1 but it took me a lot longer to get into this one. I think there was just a little too much going on from the jump. We are getting 3 different women's POVs and until almost halfway through the book do not really understand how they are connected. Somehow Audrey and Jackson were worse in this one than the last one- just straight up despicable people. I did like getting glimpses into Audrey's past but man it was so much worse than I could have thought. I also don't like it when it is so unclear what is happening that there is a full rundown at the end- I feel like you should be able to pick up on more throughout the book.

Daphne- Her oldest daughter is confused and angry as to why she can't be in her dad's life. Daphne is convinced to go back East for the summer so that Tallulah can get to hang out with her dad. Of course s*it hits the fan when they get there. I did enjoy reading the challenges that Daphne was facing with trying to protect her children without making them hate their dad.

Audrey- Has moved on with her life. She is focusing on the next con. She does not anticipate Jackson to get out of jail when he does. She does not anticipate him catching on to her con or being willing to help her with it. But of course he has aces up his sleeve- is she prepared for them though?

Daisy- Her dad was killed a few years ago by a younger woman. When Daisy runs into said woman at a trunk show for her jewelry line all bets are off. Daisy will stop at nothing to get this woman arrested for the crimes she committed.

This wasn't terrible but also not my fave. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!
