Think Twice is the 12th book in Harlan Coben’s Myron Bolitar series. This is the first book I’ve read by this author and it was pretty good. There was quite a few twists and quite a bit of humor in the book which I like. The ending was a surprise and did not predict it at all! Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC!

Harlan Coben, the master storyteller, is back with his #12 novel in the popular Myron Bolitar series with THINK TWICE.

An enthralling thriller with all the action, suspense, twists, and humor the author is known for —when Myron discovered one of his former client's DNA has been found at a murder scene that everyone thought was dead —is just the beginning of this knock-out page turner!

Coben and Myron Bolitar FANS will devour THINK TWICE!

Secrets and lies abound in a murderous conspiracy that stretches back into the past churn at the heart of the blistering new thriller from Harlan Coben, #1 New York Times bestselling author and creator of the #1 Netflix drama Fool Me Once.

Myron is on the phone with his 80-year-old father having a lively discussion when two FBI agents arrive in this office with new information about the murders of Cecilia Callister, a 1990s semi-supermodel, and her 30-year-old son Clay. It was assumed the two were murdered by Callister’s fourth husband after she agreed to testify against him on fraud charges after discovering he was having an affair.

However, new evidence points to Greg Downing and his involvement. The problem is he is DEAD! He died three years earlier.

Myron Bolitar has reopened his sports agency and teams up with friend and attorney Win Lockwood. Greg was a former client. They had history.

How could this be? Is Greg still alive? Did he fake his own death?

Myron and his friend Win investigate the crime and case further, which turns complex, twisty, and dangerous. From secrets, lies, conspiracy, and Murder when the past and present collide.

Get ready for a wild roller coaster ride with all the gang and favorite characters from previous books. So much fun! You will laugh out loud at the banter.

INTENSE, absorbing, a clever, twisty plot, and highly entertaining characters with action, fast-paced suspense, humor, and wit! Everything Coben writes is pure gold.

Even if you have not read the previous books in the series, it can be read as a standalone, but why miss out on all the fun?

Thanks to Grand Central Publishing and NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I also purchased the audiobook narrated by one of my favorites, Steven Weber!

Book 12 in Harlan Coben's Myron Bolitar Series, starring former university basketball star and on-again, off-again sports agent/attorney, THINK TWICE brings all the fast-paced action, adventure, and thrills we expect in this Series. Additionally, this installment is twisted-twisted-twisted, including people returning from the dead!! [No, Virginia, it isn't Necromancy.] One's head will spin, and not just once. Truly a sit-down-and-don't-breathe bullet-train ride.

Think Twice (Myron Bolitar, Book 12) by Harlan Coben
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / Pages: 352 / Genre: Thriller

There’s a serial killer on the loose killing one person and then setting up the victim’s enemy for the murder. And somehow the DNA of Myron’s late rival-turned-friend Greg Downing turns up at the scene of one of the crimes. Is he actually still alive?

Think Twice is the twelfth book in the Myron Bolitar series and my favorite of all. Like all of Harlan Coben’s thrillers, this is a crazy, twisty roller coaster of a ride that keeps you guessing all the way through. Of course, it’s better to have read the series or some of the series first, but you could dive directly into this one as all the background info you need to know is there. My favorite book of the year so far!

Thank you, @netgalley, @grandcentralpub, and @harlancoben for my gifted copy. I loved it!

I have read a handful of this author’s books prior to this and generally love his story telling. This one fell a little flat for me. I didn’t realize it was part of a series, but I was not a big fan of either main characters. The writing seemed a bit brute as well. I know this series is really liked, so it is probably just not my cup of tea.

Big Harlan Coben fan so ofcourse I enjoyed this. Always great having Win and Myron back together. Though I do have to say that I am more of a fan of his stand alone books. Overall an enjoyable and easy read as always!

It's my fault that I didn't realize this was part of a series. Now i will say that it can be read as a standalone but I would of rather read the other books first just so I can feel more connected to the characters in the book. (totally my fault for not realizing!) but nonetheless, this book is a true thriller, It's investigative, thrilling, suspenseful, action packed, twists, and keeps you captivated and entertained all the way through. I have to say I also enjoyed the New York setting since I live here. It just made me imagine some of the scenes so vividly. It's no surprise that some of Harlan Coben's books are adapted for TV.

Thank you Net Galley for this arc! It seriously was such a fun time and now I need to go back and read the other books.

Think Twice is the story of a man who is accused of murder. The problem is that the suspect has been dead for a long time. A couple parties quickly start investigating to find out the truth behind what is taking place. In the course of this story, the author immerses the reader into the investigation. Many important characters share their stories about what they know about the accused. Secrets are unturned. Lies start to unfold.

Harlan Coben is the author of many fast paced crime thrillers. He delivered another incredibly twisted story! I found myself questioning various details that were brought forward. It was easy to second guess details in this story. Reality and deceit seemed to start mixing together. I found that it was tough to really trust what some of the characters were saying.

I really enjoyed reading this story. There is a lot going on, but it all comes together nicely at the end of the book. I liked the way the story progressed as the truth started to come to light.

I love Harlan Corban's books and I was thrilled to read 'Think Twice'. The story follows Myron and Win, who are investigating a murder case where the fingerprints found at the crime scene belong to their supposed-to-be-dead client and friend, Greg, who disappeared three years ago. The FBI also seems interested in the case and Myron and Win decide to uncover the truth. As they investigate, they encounter various people with their motives. The book is a fast-paced murder mystery that takes Myron and Win on an exciting adventure to determine whether Greg is a killer or is being framed. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it

Classic Harlan Coben book – sassy Myron Bolitar and his rich sidekick Win. At times the commentary felt a little condescending, but we’ll overlook it. Fast paced and full of twists and turns, right up until the culprit is revealed and everything is connected.

Harlan Coben fans will enjoy this one, with cameos from characters I had forgotten about from one book to the next. And if you haven’t read any of the prior Myron Bolitar novels, not to worry, you won’t feel lost either. Thanks to Netgalley and Grand Central for the advance copy. 4 stars, solid, recommend.

Think Twice is a mystery that involves two friend / enemies Myron and Greg who have known each other since kids when they played basketball. The two played each other for years and compete both on and off the court. The FBI shows up and says that Greg's DNA has been found at a crime scene - the catch? Greg is dead. He died several years ago and Myron even spoke at his funeral. The interest by the FBI sends Myron and his partner in business, Wyn, and his fellow attorneys on a search for what is the truth and how Greg's DNA could be found. It's one heck of a journey and tale. Thank you to NetGalley and Grand Central Publishing for allowing me to read this book.

This is surely one of Coben’s most twisting thrillers. I would give it a 4.5 rating in this genre. Myron Bolitar is contacted by his first love when her dead ex-husband is implicated in a murder through DNA left at the scene. The dead ex- husband is only the first twist in this suspenseful, unputdownable story. The final chapters will have readers on the edge of their seats!

Okay, this is partially (maybe wholly) my fault. I realized this was part of a series, and while Coben did a great job laying the back work on the relationships, because the characters were already so interconnected I never really got it. I felt like I was always a step or two behind, but again that's on me.

On its own, this book did have a really good twist, two of them for me actually. Maybe three if I think back on it actually. I really enjoy Harlan Coben and think I will take the time to go back and read some of the others in this series. :)

I always enjoy a good mystery involving the two characters, Myron and Win, to which author Harlan Coben has devoted so many great books. THINK TWICE is a twisty, turning, juicy, wonderful addition to the series and I was not dissatisfied. Except, perhaps, that it ended. But the ending was delicious and I was thoroughly surprised. This is one of those books where I was certain I had figured out the story until it was obvious that I had not. I read so much that to be surprised is often everything I secretly desire. And Coben does not disappoint. I received my copy from the publisher through NetGalley.

Myron Bolitar is great. Win is even better. Whenever they're in a book together it's awesome. I think this is my favorite so far. The writing is witty, the action never slows down, and the story is believable. The only thing wrong with the book is that it ended too soon and I have no idea when there will be a next one.

Think Twice is the 12th book in the Myron Bolitar series by Harlan Coben. Myron and his friend Win are confronted by two federal agents in his office about a high profile murder. Myron and Win are a bit perplexed why they are being questioned until the agents demand to know where Greg Downing is. Problem is, as far as Myron and Win know, Greg has been dead for the past three years.

This leads Myron to start questioning everything and whether or not Greg is truly dead and if he is then how did his DNA end up at the crime scene. The more he investigates the more he learns that there is a serial killer on the loose who is rather smart and methodical in placing DNA at his crime scenes and getting innocent people blamed for the murders.

This book was full of twist and turns that kept it entertaining and kept one guessing until the end. While this is the 12th book in the series, it can easily be read as a standalone as I have never read any of the other books and wasn't lost or confused in the least. Harlan Coben did a great job for those who have know past knowledge of the characters. I will definitely be going back and reading others in the series though as I loved the characters, especially the banter between Myron and Win.

Thank you to net galley and Harlan Coben for allowing me to read this book. This is my first Myron Bolitar book. Since this is my first Myron Bolitar book, I don't know the history of this character, however Harlan does a nice job of kind of catching you up and going through the past. Myron and his friend Win are kind of pseudo investigators/sports reps and they seem to get involved in murders quite frequently. This book has all the components of a good murder mystery including the mob, people who fake their own deaths, kids with questionable paternity, and of course a serial killer or at least we think there's a serial killer we're not exactly sure.
I love this book it's a fast paced murder mystery keeps on your toes there's constant new characters to meet and just when you think you have it figured out you don't. I am a Harlan Coben fan and after this book I am now a Myron Bolitar fan and will definitely go back and check out the prior books.

Another great book by Coben.
Think Twice by Harlan Coben is a compelling book that quickly catches the reader up in the story.
Every time I put this book down I wanted to pick it up again to see what was going to happen next! The story was gripping and fast-paced, the cast of characters were interesting
Had many twists and was very suspenseful. I thought the characters were upbeat and seemed completely real. The plot was great. At first, it seemed to me that it was going to be a typical suspenseful thriller, but the twists in the plot made it so much more.

Thank You NetGalley and Publisher for your generosity and gifting me a copy of this amazing eARC!

Thank you to Net galley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review. Another author that does not miss is Harlan Coben. I found him a few years ago, and then went to a local book shop and bought every single used copy of his books they had. I have not been disappointed in any of his books yet, and this just goes onto to the long and growing list.

This book was another hit from the author as this series continues. Filled with the authors usual mystery and suspense as well as some twists at the end. Reading previous books in this series, however, would be helpful. This is a book which I would recommend to others.
