I love how Nini's personality shines through and not only the beautiful photos of the dishes (complete with Nini's stellar nail polish choices) but also the multiple options offered for preparation, not only to make each option in its most Dặc Biệt incarnation, but also the ways that curious foodies might want to adapt the recipes for regional varieties, or even to make them more like members of Nini's family prepare them.
