Fans of Ali Hazelwood will love these books. STEM romance for the win!
I really enjoyed this read, I thought the characters were engaging and the chemistry between Tanith and Luke was believable and exciting! I hope Dr Vic's story is in the pipeline,

this story was simply ok for me. I really liked the first in this series, but this one was a bit of a letdown. I loved Luke and his big squishy heart! he was a highlight to this story! his kindness, fun going nature, and genuine belief in doing the right thing made him so lovable. I also liked Tanith and her character development throughout the story. there was a lot of casual misogyny throughout the story (i.e. calling women “crazy”) that just really was a turnoff for me. there was also a lot of one-dimensional aspects to some of the characters that made it an unremarkable story for me. overall, its a cute romcom and it had all the elements of a lovely happily ever after for a grumpy/sunshine couple. not my favorite but could easily be your favorite!

I understand that it's fashionable now to write about women in STEM, but throwing in a few sentences in the novel with the words equation and velocity in them or, as in this case even mating and meiosis, work wonders. In this second installment of the series, the two main characters have nothing in common except a friend with her boyfriend. Apparently they also seem to have some chemistry, but only they know that. In short I was bored and I don't think I will read anything else by this author.

Io lo capisco che ora é di moda scrivere sulle donne in STEM, ma non é che buttare li qualche frase con la parola equazione e velocità dentro o, come in questo caso anche accoppiamento e meiosi, facciano miracoli. In questo romanzo poi i due protagonisti non hanno niente in comune se non un'amica con il suo fidanzato. A quanto pare sembrano anche avere una certa chimica, ma lo sanno solo loro. Insomma io mi sono annoiata e non credo che leggerò altro di questa autrice.
