Nobody does a throuple like Sierra Simone. It was hot, well-rounded, and I'm pissed that the next novel doesn't come out til 2025.

I am so into this series. There's so much intrigue and angst and spice, obviously, it's Sierra Simone.

These characters are SO messy and this book was truly just one big mess. And I loved it.

The ending was pure chaos and it was like an emotional rollercoaster. I truly can't wait for book 3.

WOW this one, I was so excited to read this one. I was not expecting some of the twists and turns. Mark, a true dominate in all of the ways and the fact that both Tristan and Isolde are memorized by him is unreal. The books picks up from the last in the series and is hard to put down. There are several lavers in this as their worlds become one and unravel at the same time. The love, lust and hate sometimes all rolled into one. The show of the wedding between Isolde and Mark, then the night into the club that really is more than the wedding ever was. The feelings that it reveals makes things a little more interesting and challenging for Isolde and Tristan. Mark continues to be able to hold his feelings close and not really let on what he is thinking or feeling. As Isolde continues the work for her Uncle and the church, Mark continues his work on findings the Y's. It all comes together in the end..... Mark's message of "First stop is the Ys, Second stop Rome" comes back when clues are found and secrets are shown. Can Isolde complete the task at hand for her Uncle now that she has additional information? Do her feelings for Mark change with the knowledge she has found? How does Tristan really fit into all of this? There is still one box left unopened. What secrets are still left for her to uncover? There is more to the story I think and I cannot wait to read it......

While I loved the first book in this series, I struggled with Honey Cut. The characters felt flat, and the story became repetitive, with the same scenarios playing out as the characters created and then complained about their own problems.

That said, the overall premise and Sierra Simone’s signature spicy scenes kept the book engaging. True to her style, Honey Cut explores complex themes of desire, taboo, and religious tension, making it more than just a steamy romance. The poly romance dynamic (M/M/F) and morally grey characters added depth, though I found the plot dragging at times.

The surprising ending did pique my curiosity for the next book, and I’m hopeful that this is a case of "middle book problems" where the story is setting up for a stronger finale. Fans of Simone’s angsty, intense romances will likely enjoy this, but it may not make sense without reading the first in the series.

Definitely check the trigger warnings before diving in, and if you’re into poly romances with a mix of secrets, spies, and political intrigue, this one might be for you. Despite its flaws, I’ll be picking up the next installment, eager for the promised Happily Ever After.

For some reason my brain had me convinced that this was the final book? But nooooo. There’s another one coming in 2025 and I was not prepared for that wait time.

This is exactly why I shouldn’t start trilogies until they’re finished. I am not patient about my books.

Yall the queen of spice right here!!!! Oh my god. The second of the trilogy usually makes me nervous, it’s usually hit or miss, but this one was a hit for me!! I highly recommend reading salt in the wound and salt kiss before this one 🥰

What to expect!!
• MMF 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
• Enemies to lovers
• Forbidden
• Arranged Marriage
• Bodyguards

Thank you NG and Sourcebooks Bloom for the ARC 🤍

LOVED!!! Sierra Simone has made up such masterfully complex and unpredictable characters in this series, I never know what is going to happen next. This book is bursting at the seams with longing and lust esentment and betrayal. I was hanging on every word.

The middle book in a trilogy can either be the strongest section of the story, or it could be a bunch of time wasting filler. This one was the second. Too much time spent on a weak military (or espionage?) subplot dragged everything down.

This is well written and I like the characters. I think this type of erotica isn’t necessarily for me. But that aside, if MMC dom/sub stories are for you, this is worth the read!

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for providing this eARC of Honey Cut.
Oh I'm obsessed with this series. I can't get enough of it. And I can't wait to see how it concludes. Because I have sooo many questions.

I think I’m in love with Sierra Simone. These characters are well developed and the writing is spectacular, at this point Sierra can write about trains and I will read it. I didn’t know the story of Tristan and Isolde and Googled it and read a short two sentences because I didn’t want to know until I read Sierra Simone’s version. I was not disappointed by this interpretation, she really knows how to make a trio work in all departments.

The way these 3 are so damn hot i physically can't. I knew i was going to love this series based on the fact it was written by the queen of spice herself but my god this has officially become some of my favorite work of hers.

Thank you again Netgalley & Bloom for the eARC <3

Sierra Simone does it again with "Honey Cut"! If you loved "Salt Kiss," you won't want to miss this next installment. The spice and twists kept me hooked from start to finish. Tristan, Isolde, and Mark are a compelling trio, and their dynamic is everything. Make sure you read the first two books before diving in. Trust me, you’ll be craving the next one as soon as you finish. 🌶️✨ 5/5 stars

Thank you so so much Sourcebooks Bloom for my ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own

Sierra Simone has another hit here in the continuation of Salt Kiss. Her ability to blend plot with spice is exceptional and I know that she will bring compelling characters to the story that I will laugh and cry with. Tristan, Isolde, and Mark continue to be drool worthy and I can’t wait until next year for the next book.

I can safely say that I am looking forward to the conclusion of this series, because there are several plot points that I need resolved.
I enjoyed seeing Mark and Isolde's relationship go from just a business arrangement to actual feelings/love.
The revelations that came towards the end of the story blew my mind, and I cannot wait to see how they play out in the next book.
I felt that Tristan character didn't have as much development as Mark and Isolde in this installment, but he was still my favourite character.
