"Ask me, and I’ll slay anyone for you. Burn the world to ash if you desire.”

Finally! This is the book that we have been waiting for, since The Trials of the Sun Queen released. I flew through this in a day. Nisha does it again, and keeps us at the edge of our seats while revealing information that turns the story around and simply blows our minds. The chemistry between Lor and Nadir just gets better and better. That ending though is just pure torture. How we are supposed to wait until The Tale of the Heart Queen in November, I have no idea.

I love so many things about this book;
- The glossary is great and absolutely hilarious
- the growth of the characters and their relationships, I don't want to say too much here so as not to spoil it
- Gabriel's POV as it added so much to the story - that revelation is just.. wow
- Nadir - this needs no explanation - everything about him is perfect

Pick this up if you are a fan of:-
- excellent world building
- strong FMC
- the perfect morally grey MC
- fated mates
- slow burn and the perfect tension building

I simply can not wait for The Tale of the Heart Queen

Seriously Nisha?! You're gonna do me like that???!!!

The entire entourage is hiding in plain sight and I was anxious for them. Who would find them first — Nadir's dad or the equally awful Sun King? While I waited to find out, I learned so much more about the history of the realms, the diabolical schemes of those in power, and what must happen to make things right. I think I know, but I need more details to be sure. Book four needs to appear in my hands pronto.

I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed getting other perspectives for this story. I could finally root for these characters, understanding their motives and emotions. All I wanted was for Lor to finally see Nadir and when she finally did, when she finally accepted that her anger wasn't truly with him, when she recognized everything they could be together, I was delirious with hope and happiness. All I want is to see this couple triumph over it all, knowing they are end game.

This was my favourite book of the series so far, even though it practically killed me in the end. While I'm tired of the heroines of fantasy books being the 'greatest person of all time', I do believe Lor and her siblings deserve all of the blessings that seem to be in store for them. They've suffered more than anyone should have to, especially when their suffering was due to their ancestor's transgressions. But it seems that there is so much more to the story and I'm loving how complicated everything is getting.

Kudos to the author for keeping all of these facts straight, tempting me with juicy morsels, leaving me begging for more. I'm sitting here absolutely devastated and excited for the next book.

@nishajwrites does it again! This series just keeps getting better. I absolutely love Lor and Nadir. The found family is strong in this one even if it includes actual family members. The way these people work together for a common cause is impressive. Also getting Gabriel’s POV in this one and having secrets revealed was everything. I loved getting more of the history of Ouranos and the gods and goddesses. Everything is really making sense now. I need to know how Tristian and Willow’s story evolve in the fourth book.

I will say that ending RUINED me… I’m not sure how I can wait till November for the final installment in this series.

This was a great continuation of the story! Loved the growth between the two MC’s and how the overall larger plot is being driven forward. I was expecting this to be the last of the series so I was a little surprised it didn’t wrap up the story. Will be reading more!

Thank you to Nisha J. Tuli and Team and Netgalley for the ARC!

Overall, I enjoyed this next installment in the Artefacts of Ouranos series!

The third book does a nice job of piecing together some of those lingering questions I had from books one and two. New characters are coming to the forefront and their narratives provide additional information to a MUCH larger picture. Tuli has started laying some of the backstory to additional characters, adding in their motivations and POVs. We also get a bit more a earlier world that adds to the overall worldbuilding of the narrative. At times, I did wish some of the information was established a bit earlier, but I enjoyed getting to see some of the history as to how we get to Lor and Nadir's current story!

I really did enjoy Lor and Nadir's arc -- and I am thrilled that they finally make some progress in trusting each other. It has been a rocky road for them and I appreciate watching their story adapt and change as they spent more time together.

Can't wait to see how this one all ends!

We got some new POVs and some more back story. Which helps build the bigger picture.

I am loving everything about Nadir and Lor. The back and forth between them and the devotion from Nadir.

I enjoyed seeing characters from the first book come back and have a bigger role.

I devoured the first two books of the series and was so excited to receive this ARC, but I definitely struggled to get through it. There is nothing wrong with the story, it picks up where we left off and is a very solid addition to the series, but something was just off for me. I don't know if it's because it's been so long since I read the previous book that I had a hard time remembering who everyone was (Nisha does include a glossary of characters in the beginning which was amazing), or if it was the fact that it seemed as if our main cast just wandered from location to location with a hurried purpose but no real point. We also got a lot of backstory as to what happened in Heart, but it didn't feel like it flowed with the rest of the story at all.

I am excited to see where Lor's journey goes, I will keep reading the series, but in my opinion, this book wasn't as good as the rest of the series.

3.5. This was a solid next entry. Tuli has a compelling way of telling the story and I don't think this book suffered from middle book syndrome too much.

Thank you to Read Forever Pub for the ARC!! The way I screamed when I got the email from NetGalley. This is on me butI wish I did a reread to remember all the details but omg this was such a great read.

The glossary on the beginning was very much helpful to remember things and quite some funny descriptions as well.

Nisha as always, has an amazing way of telling the story. In this book, we follow the journey of Lor and Nadir along with their blooming relationship (It was worth the wait through two books). There is strong character development with Lor especially with all the different twists we get. We also get more of Lor’s family and friends. A POV I didn’t expect was Gabriel’s, in this we see more to his side of his story and why he is the way he is. I loved how we got more of an insight of the kings and queens of the first age of Ouranos. I don’t want to explain too much without spoiling the books!

But the ending— I’m flabbergasted??? How can you leave it at that?? I’m heartbroken. I need to know more now.

In this you’ll find:
* Enemies to Lovers
* Fated Mates
* Slow Burn
* Multiple POV

I finished this series in literally two days. Nisha is sooooo underrated. I'm about to go make a tiktok just so booktok hears about the amazingness of this series. And the slow burn!!! Thank goodness, for the author note at the beginning. I was starting to think it wouldn't even happen but it did!! I CANNOT wait for the next book! While I wait I'm going to go read a different series by her because I NEED all of it!

The Artefacts of Ouranos series is doing that magic thing where each book keeps getting better! The world building is immersive without being daunting, the story telling is well balanced and keeps you intrigued, and the characters and their relationships are EVERYTHING. If you haven’t started this series yet, go grab Trial of the Sun Queen and get caught up!

This has to be some of the best enemies to lovers x fated mates I’ve ever read. The second book gives all the enemy tension and banter, and while the top notch banter continues, this book finally gave us some softer moments between these two that they so desperately needed. I loved every single second with Nadir and Lor in this book (except those couple at the end but I’m choosing to ignore all that 😅).

I knew I’d love that part though- what I didn’t expect was how much I loved all the other character dynamics. Gabriel’s storyline was heartbreaking and perfect and I need more from him. I love the sibling interactions between Lor, Tristan, and Willow and how they’re all learning to navigate their shared trauma now that they’re free. Mael continues to be hilarious and I have 72628 questions about Etienne that I want answered. Every character is able to evoke so much feeling from me- whether that’s joy, laughter, sympathy, or outright loathing.

Seeing multiple timelines play out adds an unexpected element to this story that keeps me guessing at what will come next. I am so excited to see how all these different storylines play out and come together. I mean I’m a little stressed about it if I’m being honest, but also excited.

The ending was illegal but that is all I have to say because I’m in denial. Tale of the Heart Queen literally cannot get here soon enough!

Fate of the Sun King comes out June 4, 2024 and I highly recommend you get prepared! Thanks to Netgalley, Forever, and Nisha J Tuli for the opportunity to get my hands on this one early!

I was so extremely excited for this to drop into my inbox, and it did not disappoint!

This was a book of revelations, dark secrets, and acceptance, and followed on from the previous book where we discovered Lor's origins and hid behind our metaphorical cushions at the teasing torture of Nadir and Lor's growing connection.

We join Nadir and Lor as they journey through Heart, and onwards towards Achelion in their quest to find the key to unlock her power. Never fear fellow romantics! At long long last we see Lor acknowledge that belonging does not have to mean slavery and subservience.

Many characters were introduced in the past and present, and this added wonderfully to the story and worldbuilding introduced in the first two books. Hold on to your pages, people, because there are many shocks to be had, and a cliffhanger that will have you crying out.

Thank you very much to Netgalley and Nisha for the chance to read this fantastic ARC <3

Thank you to NetGalley and Forever (@ReadForeverPub) for my first ever ARC. Fate of the Sun King is releasing on June 4, 2024!

After finding the Heart Crown, Lor thought most of her problems were solved. However, she is now on the run from more than one power-thirsty king and in hiding. While trying to stay out of sight, she hopes to unlock more of her magic, claim her throne, continue to save and protect those closest to her, oh, and figure out her feelings toward the Aurora Prince.

Book 3 in the Artefacts of Ouranos series really took it up a notch for me. The stakes were higher, and so much more was on the line for the characters. And because the stakes were higher, I love the growth in this book. We see it within Lor, her relationship with Nadir, Tristian and even Willow. There were moments where I felt nervous, joy, love, and rage for the character.

The multiple POVs were a great addition, yet again, providing more insight to the story than just Lor and Nadir. We're first hit with Gabriel's POV, learning more of what happened in those moment right before Lor was taken in Rule of the Aurora King, plus more later in the book. We also learn more Ouranos' past in a third person viewpoint exploring the first rulers and the beginning of the land. I also thought the character glossary was a nice touch, especially for anyone who might not be reading them back to back like myself (and some of the notes made me actually laugh out loud, iykyk)

Now the ending, November cannot come soon enough!

Absolutely no notes. This series is amazing, the characters are incredible, there is so much growth! And the cliff hanger at the end really has me struggling waiting for book #4. Nisha J Tuli is one of my favorite authors and I am so excited to read the next one!

Thank you to NetGalley and FOREVER for this opportunity to read rate and review this arc which will be available June 6,2024.

Holy WOW. I avow my u dying love for this author right here and now. This was a powerhouse of a third book in this series. The angst, the action, the emotional connections were perfection. As always the story is fast paced but never rushed. You are there with the characters feeling what they feel. The mix of the authors culture into this Romantasy is always a treat for me. I cannot wait to buy this and read it all over again.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘯 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨 is third book in the 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘖𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘴 series by Canadian author, Nisha J Tuli- to be released on June 4, 2024!

Y'all, when I say I was excited to receive this e-arc, that doesn't even to it justice. I waited 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘴 to get approved and trust me when I say I checked my account 𝘥𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺, even though I get e-mailed upon approval. I just couldn't wait to dive into this third installment- and I squealed when I got the e-mail! Of course, I absolutely 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥 it in one day!

I usually do my reviews stating the good, the bad and my overall impressions- but, honestly, I don't have many "bad" things to say about this one! That being said, I have read the first 2 books in the series and they got me into Tuli's writing style and the Ouranos world/story so I'm pretty immersed already which makes it harder to critique than the first 2 books.

𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦, alike the rest of the Ouranos series, is told in multiple POV. I really enjoyed the POVs of the last book, 𝘙𝘶𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘳𝘢 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨, and 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦 delivered that same intrigue with new and interesting POVs! In 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭, I was a bit thrown off by the spicy scenes, but by the third book, I not only expect it, but I also enjoy it. It's not huge on the spice factor, which I like. There's just enough that you get a few intimate scenes, but it doesn't define the book by any means!

It's hard for me to decide whether I like 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 or 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦 more, to be honest. 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 was the first book, so of course it's going to be great. We're being introduced into a new world, new characters, and it's fun and exciting! But, I have to give it to 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦 for having, in my opinion, the best plot and character development of the series thus far!

With Tuli's writing and the plot getting better and better as the series goes on, I am so amped up for 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘘𝘶𝘦𝘦𝘯! I can't wait to see what POVs we get this time!

I'm 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 recommending this to my fellow readers! Of course, I recommend the series as a whole- with the assurance that the series keeps getting better, and that 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦 is a truly compelling and exciting addition to the series as a whole.

Even though it (and 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘖𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘰𝘴 as a whole) isn't the "greatest plot driven, world building, character arc" written book I've ever read, it give pure enjoyment and vibes that, I cannot deny, make it 5 stars for me.

Thank you to NetGalley and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for the opportunity to read and review 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘯 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨!

After finding the Heart Crown at the end of Rule of the Aurora King, Lor must now navigate being on the run with more than one power-hungry ruler after her. She returns to Aphelion to hopefully unlock her magic, Lor discovers more going on in this court than she originally realized. In addition to battling her feelings for the Aurora Prince, Lor figures out the truth about the Artefacts and their role in shaping her future. With her future hanging in the balance, will she be closer to getting everything she's ever wanted, or will she lose it all forever?

I was hooked from the first line of book one of this series and it continues to get more phenomenal with every book!! Nisha once again did not disappoint. Gabriel's (LOVE HIS SASSINESS SO MUCH) POV was a fun addition and gave us another view of the story. It has been incredible to see how Lor continues to grow throughout this series. And Nadir continues to exceed book boyfriend goals to make me fall even more in love with him. The weaving of the history throughout the story was intriguing and sparked at least half a dozen new theories about this series! I could not be happier that the next book comes out this year cause I need answers!! Do not sleep on this series. It is a favorite for sure and should not be missed!
