I recently read the book Seven Deadly Sins by S.R Leinbeck and found it to be a thrilling and captivating read. The book tells the story of two prominent crime families, the Stolls and the Romeros, who have a long-standing history of conflict and rivalry. However, when Derrick Stoll and Ivy Romero are brought together by chance, they develop a relationship that bridges the gap between the two families.
The characters in the book are well-developed and complex, and I found myself invested in their stories and relationships. The author does an excellent job of building tension and suspense as past conflicts begin to resurface, causing new questions to arise. Will the bond between the families remain unbroken, or will they be plunged into a new war?
What sets this book apart is its exploration of the themes of loyalty, family, and power. The book raises important questions about the lengths people will go to protect their loved ones and the consequences of their actions. It also touches on the idea of redemption and forgiveness, adding depth and nuance to the story.
Overall, I would highly recommend Seven Deadly Sins to anyone looking for a thrilling and thought-provoking read. The book is well-written and engaging, and the characters are fully-realized and compelling. Whether you're a fan of crime dramas or simply looking for a captivating story, this book is sure to satisfy.
Again, much like the first book a lot happened and quickly. But it was dragged out a little more than the first book.
Twists and turns everywhere. Making it a little confusing and a bit much at times.
I know Ivy is building a clinic and everything, but the ONE WOMAN who was actually working is now PREGNANT and is NOT WORKING!!! And now Ivy is gonna be going off to do something else… urgh.
But will I read book 3? Absolutely
now this series is just so good. you will fall in love with the characters. the women are so strong and sassy. the men will do anything to protect their own. Logan and Derrick will be so tested with their past. What they thought was true is not. and someone wants what is Derricks. This story is more twisty. And Ivy will have to become very strong. I did not want this story to end.so can't wait for book 3. as left with a puzzle I want to know. who are the people in the black limousine?
