Sadly I didn't get around to reading the book before it was archived and it was long before I managed to get myself a Kindle so I couldn't read it.

I wasn't sure about this one, as the two main characters, one trying to stay out of debtor's prison, and the other a courtesan, are not my favorite types. As I began to read, I was quickly caught up in the story and grew to really like the main characters, Elizabeth and Constantine. I'm glad I gave this book a chance, and am looking forward to more by the author.
