I gave feedback on this title quite some time ago. It suddenly reappeared on my shelf after the addition of audiobooks. I contacted Netgalley a week ago and have heard nothing back so am getting these off my shelf this way.
Once again, I'm pulled into A.G. Howard's immersive world, one that I don't want to leave because of a certain moth character. Unhinged takes us deeper into the chaotic and enticing life of Alyssa Gardner as she has to navigate both the world she grew up in and the one she's feeling more and more drawn to. This was a great teaser for a great book.
Oh my freaking awesomeness! What did I just read? Absolutely loved it. Seriously. Howard has created such an amazingly dark world that I can't wait to dive back into.
A great sampler which has left me quite eager to read the full length book.
Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this title.
Can't wait to read the entire book. Interesting story, great pace.
This was so unexpected - I loved it!
I know, I know, I should have been sure I would love it...but that's the thing - I wasn't. I was so nervous that I'd loved the first one but wouldn't like the second one. The love triangle, the weird story line where it is so similar to Alice in Wonderland but with it's only slant. I wasn't sure what I would think of the mom, the world, Morpheus or Jeb...now that they were all....back.
But this was another adventure. Well written, characters that I love and jam packed action! They were all over and giving more information about Wonderland.
I'm back to have no idea what book 3 will hold - but I'm so glad there is a book 3 and I can hardly wait!!
Such a fun book! I really enjoyed this. Definitely no sophomore slump! I've complained about love triangles in YA a lot, but I really like this one. Also, I liked that in Unhinged, Wonderland came to the real world instead of Alyssa going to Wonderland - a great twist!
Loved the chapter sampler and the whole book! Thanks so much!
