Good Insight on various communication issues that arise as an organization grows. Some good points were discussed in implementing various strategies while keeping the employees engaged. However, it would take me a couple of reads to grasp all the concepts. The book would be great for someone in a higher implementing position than me.
Diving into Rachel Miller's *Internal Communication Strategy: Design, Develop and Transform your Organizational Communication* felt like a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos of today’s internal comms landscape. Honestly, as someone who’s deep in the trenches, I couldn't help but nod along with every page. Miller really captures the essence of our daily struggles—dealing with communication overload, too many channels, and not nearly enough leadership support.
Miller nails it by portraying the exact mess we deal with daily. The constant struggle to be assertive yet engaging is no small feat when you're battling against excessive, often pointless communication. The scenarios she describes? Spot on. It's like she took a snapshot of my daily challenges and put them into words.
What’s truly brilliant about this book is how it goes beyond just highlighting the problems. It offers solid strategies to cut through the noise and actually make an impact. Whether it’s streamlining communication efforts or finding ways to truly engage stakeholders, Miller provides practical solutions that feel both achievable and transformative. For anyone in the field, *Internal Communication Strategy* is a game-changer.
