If I would have read this when it was first published I probably would have liked it a lot more, but it has not aged well. This was an extremely toxic relationship that saw "some" growth, but honestly, they desperately needed therapy. I can also usually get behind an instalove, but I honestly still don't understand the attraction. I wish that our hero would have been super sweet to her and just take his rage out on others or that he was the one doing all the convincing to stay from the beginning. I thought this would be at least 3 stars until we get to the third act break up. After that, it all just went even more downhill. Overall, would not recommend and I don't think I'll read the others in the series either.

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas - unless you wake up on the bathroom floor after a heavy night of drinking and find yourself married to a sexy rock star you don't remember marrying, that is. Evelyn and David are as different as night and day, so can they give this marriage a shot, or should they just cut their losses and get a quickie annulment? That, my friends, is the question.

When I say this book is hot, that's an understatement. I get the vapors just thinking about it! I loved the main characters so much, but I also fell in love with the secondary characters. I have to say that this was a very quick read because one scene just flowed naturally into the next.

I definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a hot contemporary romance, and I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

5/5 stars.

*** I would like to thank NetGalley, Macmillan Australia, and Kylie Scott for the opportunity to read and review this book.
