I'm going through the books I requested pre-2018 when I stopped blogging to clean up my NetGalley TBR and this was on the list. I don't think it's a book for me anymore and will not be reviewing at this time, but if I do read it, I will update this review. Thank you for the opportunity.

Brooke doesn't understand why everybody is going ga-ga over the fighter that entered the arena until he turns around and their eyes lock. The connection is immediate and she can't look away.
Remy is an underground fighter with an aura of pure masculinity. Ruggedly handsome and built like a brick house, Remy is everything Brook should stay away from and the very she wants.
“There he is, a woman's living, breathing fantasy, doing his slow, cocky turn, spiky black hair, darkly tanned chest, dimpled smile-killer smile-all in the package of Remington Tate. He's perfection itself, and a new surge of hormones sweeps through me as I do what the rest of the crowd does and take in his visual, so blatantly on display in those low riding boxing shorts and so strikingly sexy, he becomes the center of my attention. The center. Of my. World.”
I loved this story and what's not to love?!
“Holy shit, it's like porn with the romance.”
Hot alpha-male guy that fires up all my buttons and uses music to express himself *swoon* HELL YEAH!
“You tie me up in knots.” He presses my mouth with his. Briefly. Then he withdraws, breathing hard, and looks at me with heavy-lidded eyes. “I want to play you a thousand different songs so you get a clue of what … I feel inside me…”
Chemistry that jumps off the page and keeps getting better as the story progresses *fans herself* OH YEAH!
“When I take you, you’ll be mine,” he says, a soft promise in my ear. He slides his thumb along my jaw, then gently kisses my earlobe. “You need to be certain.”
Angst-ridden story that deals with real life problems that make you want to wrap yourself around the hero to shelter him from it all *sob* YEAH *sniffle*

Not much I can say about this book that hasn't been said before. I'm certainly looking forward to Mine, the next book in the series.
I received this title from the publisher through NetGalley in exchange of my honest opinion.
While I love stories about fighters, this book just didn’t quite work for me. I have no desire to continue the series.
