An extremely powerful book.. no one will understand this horrific journey unless you’re on it yourself and after reading I truly believe that. The unimaginable amount of grief, loss, guilt, and shame that comes with it comes alive through reading. I admire and appreciate the authors raw honesty and highlighting the extreme lack of follow up help available.
