Learned a lot from this book, lots of practical advice and helpful illustrations. A ice resource manual

I'm enjoying working my way through this book. As we get older, the importance of flexibility increases, so in addition to Tai Chi and Yoga, I'm trying to work on stretching a different body part each day. This book has clear diagrams and good instructions for each exercise. Yet another great book from Llewellyn Publications (I must have more books from this publisher than any other!)
