Reese and Cash had no idea what they were getting into when they went undercover to discover a missing girl. Cash is sure that Reese is going to his forever girl. Reese isn't so sure that Cash isn't just another playboy. I like how he turns her thinking around. Every chapter was something new. Kept the book flowing fast. Also made it very hard to put it down. I enjoyed reading it very much.

This was another great story in this series! I always look forward to these books because they always tend to have two people who have a history or can’t stand to be around each other. Reese is a very headstrong girl who is determined to do what she sets her mind to but who’s to say she can’t change her mind about something? Cash wants to have Reese and he is willing to do anything to get her to see how great they would be together. While trying to do all of that they are also undercover trying to solve a case that gets worse by the minute. Will they solve the case and figure out what they want in their life?

4.5 stars for this wonderful romantic suspense. Katie Reus is my go-to for this! I loved these characters so much! Cash & Reese have to pretend to be a couple to find out what happened to a missing girl at a couples retreat. You know what that means! What starts as fake turns very, very real. Not that there were ever fake feelings between them just deeply suppressed. This has always been one of my favorite tropes, so put together with a good story and mystery if you will, it amplifies the enjoyment. Can't wait for more! I am very invested in this group of amazing characters!

Reese and Cash have quite the chemistry in this book. Edge of your seat romance and action packed suspense loaded into this storyline. Reese and Cash delve into an undercover assignment in a missing persons case but they stumble on more than what they bargained for.

Great read and definitely one I would recommend to other fellow readers.

Cash & Reese are some sort of private security operatives, part of a larger company.
They go undercover, posing as a married couple, at a wellness centre investigating the disappearance of a staff member. And obviously the forced proximity does it magic, and Cash and Reese end up as a couple by the end of the book and they successfully tie up the investigation

Pleasantly surprised by the latest release from Katie Reus. It was an easy breezy
read, and the villains were easily figured out. Also the swingers alibi made me laugh!!

This was a quick and enjoyable read.I enjoyed the characters and the fact that it build upon the their will they won't they tension from the first book. The plot kept me interested, although there were a few jump the shark moments towards the end, but the still kept the plot moving. The only part that was unrealistic was the fast pace of the concussion of their romance. I did enjoy the set up for the next book as well.

This is a Romantic Suspense, and this is the second book in the Redemption Harbor Security series. I have not read the first book in this series. It took me a minute to get used to the writing style. We follow two sets (a man and woman) of people in this book, and the jumping between the different characters was a little confusing of me. In this book there were two undercover couples, and I wish we got the point of view from just one of those couples. The mystery/suspense in this book was really good, and I also liked the characters in this book. There was enough drama and suspense going on in this book to keep me into the story. I enjoyed reading this book. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.

The first half of the book was quite sporadic. It went back and forth between 4 characters and was some what confusing at times. After the first half though, it was very good. I love the dynamics between Reese and Cash. I was a great feel good read! I am giving it 3.5 stars.

Overall, I quite enjoyed the book and it made for a nice mental break on a rainy day. The main characters, Reese and Cash, were entertaining and I liked their story arc. The banter was witty, the chemistry between the couple was hot, and the pace moved quickly!

Romance books with a real plot are a huge treat, especially in the romantic suspense subgenre! And boy did this have suspense- a missing girl, married hotel owners that don’t seem all that married, secret meetings on hidden trails, and so much more!

Reese and Constantine (Cash) are “investigators” working for a not quite legal but not quite illegal contracting security company- and are sent to Montana to pose as an engaged couple at a wellness retreat while investigating the case of a missing girl. This fast paced book was go go go from the minute they touched down in Montana and I was on the edge of my seat…plus a little stress and tension just helps speed up the attraction these two have and puts them into a lovely forced proximity situation!

This was my first Katie Reus book and I’m certain it won’t be my last!

This is an action packed story starting with an assignment to find a missing young woman and ends in breaking up an illegal drug operation with romance mixed throughout the story. I enjoyed the story because I never knew what was going to happen next and there are surprises throughout the story. Reese and Cash quickly became my two favorite characters in this story. It is well written and very entertaining. A story worth reading.

I love Romantic Suspense and Katie know how to do it! Reese and Constantine—aka Cash are perfect for each other. He knows it right away but she is skittish and he knows he has to be patient. They both have baggage to deal with. After a good friend''s wedding they spend the night doing steamy stuff and she runs in the morning. They are placed on a case together as a couple and there is danger, mystery, there are wonderful friends to catch up with and laughs and tears, and edge of you seat reading waiting to find out what will happen next. Of course there is plenty of steam and a very HEA. I am looking forward to the next book FIGHTING FOR ADSLYN who we met in this book.

The second book in a suspense romance series that I read with great pleasure

After seeing Cash and Reese in the previous book, I was VERY excited to see them together, especially with their “grumpy/sunshine” relationship which is one of my favorites tropes ... And I loved it !

Surprisingly the romance is an "almost" slowburn ! I loved the way their relationship grew little by little and the way Cash manages to sneakily seduce Reese (the ring !) to convince her to forget her fears and go further with him =)

The investigation was great with lots of twists and turns and a fast pace that I appreciated =D (and this so unexpected end ><)

Only one criticism : I would have liked the book to be longer >< (and in particular I would have loved a more developed part with Cash's ex and Reese's parents !)

Finally, I am SO excited to read the next book with Rowan and the mysterious Adalyn !

In short, a sexy suspense romance that is devourable ! Even if it is not necessary to read the previous book, I recommend it (especially because we also see their marriage in this book =D)

I've been impatiently waiting for this book since finishing Hailey's book. I loved Cash and Reece. Their chemistry is off the charts. As always the suspense is top notch. I can't wait to see where the series goes next.

Fighting Reese is another exceptional book in this series. You already love these characters. Cash & Reese made me smile & laugh out as I read. Have to absolutely adore these two.
