I requested this several years ago and I don't think it's a book for me anymore. So I will not be reviewing at this time, but if I do read it, I will update this review. Thank you for the opportunity.

Shadows feels like the typical paranormal romance story: girl with a past, friend that tells her to show more skin to get a guy, attractive new guy (who's involved in the paranormal business), and some insta-love. What makes this different: it has new adult vibes (Gaby works in a library), and it takes place in Australia. I would recommend it to fans of Fallen for the angels, paranormal romance, and girl with a past to discover.
