Fast, easy read. I liked his perspective and how he addressed the real people he worked with to make these conclusions and suggestions. Walked away with some different approaches to leadership.

Thank you to NetGalley for providing an advance copy of this title in exchange for a fair and honest review. I read this book in a couple of sittings and did find it helpful. The central premise, that many successful leaders get promoted and suddenly need to develop a new set of skills and priorities, resonated with me and I enjoyed the case studies.
