I received a copy of this courtesy of Netgalley. This workbook provides lots of tools and tips. to help work with anger. The exercises have been clearly described and will provide structure for those in need of managing their anger. I have used this with clients and found the effectiveness of getting people to understand and work toward implementing in their daily lives.

Mind-Body Workbook for Anger was a good book to help develop skills to help you personally deal with anger issues. I found it somewhat helpful but not quite what I was looking for in a self-help book for myself. Thank you for the chance to read and review this book.
