This is a heavy but vitally important read. It gave good advice on steps to take, how to heal, etc. The title alone speaks of the importance of how sexual assault needs to be approached.

This is a well thought out read/handbook for everyone. It doesn't matter if you personally have been sexually assaulted or someone you know, when you're not sure who to turn to or what is next, this could be helpful. Whether you are supporting another person, or experienced sexual assault yourself this is a great, informative and therapeutic resource to have.
