It’s difficult to properly review cook books since it mainly revolves around recipes. This book is laid out nicely, with recipes from different regions separated and grouped together, often containing recipes that the area is known for.

The recipes I have tried turned out well though the finished product never looked as good as the professional photos in the book.

I do look forward to trying more from this book as I slowly cook my way through it.

Recommended for anyone who cooks, whether they love to cook or find the idea daunting. This book is well worth the price.
