There are some good recipes here, but not enough to make me purchase for reference. When I requested, I was drowning trying to swim my way through the possibility of a gluten free lifestyle. While it sets a good foundation, there was not enough here to commit.

This is a good all-purpose gluten free cookbook. It is lacking photos and nutritional information, but provides a huge range of recipes. It's an older cookbook for the GF audience, where cookbooks age faster than most. Ryberg doesn't use mixes but instead favors just using one flour or another (she says), but the recipes often call for two or more flours. They're just not pre-mixed into one basic mix. Many of the recipes are naturally gluten free, such as salsas and meat dishes. Still a great cookbook for those looking for all kinds of GF meals and ideas.
