Though this book focused much more on mothers, older women, and women in family settings than anticipated, I still found that it contained some practical information. It wasn't really applicable to my lifestyle at the moment, so I do wish it had been marketed a bit more accurately. Regardless, it had some helpful facts and it went by very quickly.

This was more family women focused than I expected. Maybe it gets better the further you go but I decided to DNF just cause I didn’t think it fit my lifestyle

I found this book to be really helpful in terms of how hormones effects many aspects of our lives. Although I have tried to research this topic in the past, I learned some very clear and practical information that I hadn't heard before. It is clear and a quick read. Well organized so that readers can find the information most relevant for them.
