The exercises in the book are very helpful, and the audio tracks are fantastic.
The techniques taught in this book can be applied to other issues, like anxiety, depression, or just improving performance in some way.

I am always hesitant to read books about body image. I suffer with body issues, anxiety and depression. So for me alot of times books make you feel like you are wrong and dumb for feeling the way you do. Not this book. It was refreshing to read a book that tells you that you are not wrong. And actually tries to help you learn how to be more accepting of yourself. They write about how to work on the inside and find out more about yourself outside of your outside appearance.
