I applaud the author for having such an innovative way to write a story. It's nontraditional but also gives way to a new normal- how we all communicate in the modern world. It's a new take on epistolary narratives, and I enjoyed it.

The bildungsroman/"found" novel is a fun concept, but hard to hit as a mark. This was okay and one of the better attempts, but I find them to be trying a bit too hard most of the time and this one has some definite aspects of that.
