This is a new author for me and I am so happy to have found this series. I love Sam and her attitude. I love the dialogue and the wit.

The Grrl of Limberlost by Annie Pearson is a modern-day story centered around several intriguing characters called Sam, Matt, Roz, Pippy and Huck. Pay no attention to Huck because he's a worthless piece of . . . I'll let you pick an appropriate name for him while enjoying this book. The main character Sam is a tech-savvy, attractive young woman who might work for Amazon, Microsoft or a private contractor. Sam is bright, mathematically intelligent and adventurous enough to move from her island home to Seattle and prosper in the "big" city.
