Another great book in this series. Addie has spent a year trying to get over the past, and is set to return when she stumbles upon a dead body, and a friend is in trouble. Lots of great characters, a bit of a double mystery, great friends, and a few twists and turns. Completely enjoyable.
I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I follow Lauren Elliott’s mysteries because they are the epitome of cozy mysteries. A Limited Edition Murder is 10th book in the A Beyond the Page Bookstore Mysteries.
Addie has spent a year in West Yorkshire to recover after the events of book 9. Where else would she land than a book shop. She has made amazing new friends.
Just as she prepares to return to Greyborne Harbor and her old life, her childhood friend Tony lands in a heap of trouble when an uninvited guest is found dead after his engagement party.
Addie has to help Tony and his fiancé, and her gathering of clues leads to an unsolved murder from 20 years past and first editions gone missing.
Addie is almost a new character in this new setting. I wasn’t sure where things were leading in Greyborne Harbor. I like this version of this series.
I recommend A Limited Edition Murder. I suppose it could be read alone but I don’t know that the reader will appreciate all Addie has gone through or feel the real impact of this new setting unless you’ve read the series in order.
Thanks to Netgalley and the author the the opportunity to read A Limited Edition Murder.

I really love Addie in a new setting - England! I hope she will relocate. The new setting is that good.

Addie has spent a year in a Yorkshire village recovering from her disaster of an almost wedding and finding herself living a good life in this small town. When her friends engagement party ends with Addie finding a dead woman, she finds herself drawn into discovering the killer. With an infuriating police inspector and help from people in the village, Addie does find her way to the murderer. Lots of suspects and plenty of twists to keep you guessing, this book shows that Addie has what it takes to solve a crime. Loved this installment of the series and I hope Addie gets to stay with her British friends a bit longer. There seems more possibilities for her story and life here rather than in the US. I hope she can find a HEA with inspector Noah.
I was given an ARC of this book in exchange for a review.

Through NetGalley, I received a free copy of A LIMITED EDITION MURDER (Book 10 of the Beyond the Page Bookstore mystery series) by Lauren Elliott in exchange for an honest review. Bookstore owner Addie Greyborne traveled to England for a two-week trip and ended up staying for a year. Shortly before her return, she attends friends’ engagement party where she runs into a stranger wearing an ornate necklace. The next morning, the stranger is dead, the necklace is gone, and her friends are the prime suspects. It looks like Addie will, once again, be postponing her return to the United States.

I liked this book and enjoy the series. Since this book is in a new setting, I don’t think you’d have to be familiar with the series if you want to read this as a standalone. Thus, I recommend this book to fans of cozy murder mysteries set in rural England and featuring stolen books, stolen jewelry, upstairs downstairs intrigues.

Our favourite bookseller, Addie Greyborne, is taking some time overseas to recover from her recent romantic [mis]adventures. With the help of her friend and author, Tony Randall, she's found new friends in Moorscrag, West Yorkshire, and is enjoying her job at Second Chance Books and Bindery. When a guest at Tony's engagement party turns up dead on the moors, and Tony's fiancee, Hailey, is suspected of the crime, Addie and her new friends put their heads together to help solve the case.

I've been reading this series since 2019 and it has become my absolute favourite book-themed cozy mystery series. Lauren Elliott has developed the series in a way that it always feel fresh, with the reader learning more about Addie and her friends in Greyborne Harbor. There is always something being uncovered and the series has never felt dull. A Limited Edition Murder is the 10th book in this series, and if it is anything to go by I will be happy to read another 20 books featuring Addie Greyborne!

The setting for this book couldn't be more picturesque. Yorkshire, the moors, a dead body on a trail, stolen first editions and a British Detective Inspector that could give Mr Darcy a run for most "haughtiest"! I just loved every second of it! Especially Detective Inspector Noah Parker!!

The mystery itself was perfect! It takes all of Addie's sleuthing skills and a few locals to help her piece together this mystery. There is one carefully laid clue that I picked up early on that helped me solve part of the mystery, but the final denouement was absolutely thrilling.

A Limited Edition Murder is the absolute epitome of what I love about cozy mysteries. That feeling of visiting a small town, meeting new people and getting into a little adventure together. The Beyond the Page Bookstore Mysteries are one of my absolute favourites, and I don't hesitate in recommending them to everyone, especially if you love mysteries in a bookish setting.

This book continued the series nicely. Since the previous book, I had forgotten some details and was surprised with the book being set in England.

So I just dived into this not doing any research so I didn't know that Abbey is in all 10 books of the series. The good thing is, this could totally have stood on its own. I had no trouble following along. The bad news is, I really wanted more with her and a potential interest at the end of the book. I guess that guarantees I will be reading the next book so I can find out what happens there. Overall, I really enjoyed this cozy mystery and I will read more from this author. It was a great find!

Addie makes a temporary move to England after the shocking news she received as she was about to be married. She's working at the Second Chance Books and Bindery shop in West Yorkshire. She had planned to return home to the States after a year, but she keeps putting her return off for various reasons. She’s made new friends and loves the work she’s doing. She loves her friends back home, too, and knows they need and want her back. She also has her own bookshop, Beyond the Page Books, that she needs to consider. What’s a girl to do?

As if being torn between two places isn’t enough, she’s stumbled upon a dead body, there’s a special edition of Wuthering Heights and an old one-of-a-kind necklace that have come up missing, her friend Tony’s fiancé is a murder suspect, and research shows that this crime might be related to a crime committed many years ago. Can Addie and her sleuthing skills help solve both crimes?

Lauren is a new-to-me author and I’m coming in on book 10 so I’m not totally familiar with all the characters, stories, etc., but I enjoyed this book enough that I plan to start at the beginning of the series to catch up.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This was such a great cozy mystery. I loved that there were 2 mysteries, one of which was a cold case. I have read this series out of order, but haven’t felt lost. Looking forward to more in the series.

"A Limited Edition Murder" is book 10 in Lauren Elliott's Beyond the Page Bookstore series. This series is cozy mystery at its finest. Great read.

I felt meh about this series the last two books and this new addition has done nothing to change my feelings about it. Addie and her friends are definitely codependent. There were a few characters that were good additions to the story, and who helped fill out more of Addie's familial background, but many seemed to not really move the plot forward all that much.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for a review, but all opinions are my own.

In general, I really like this series of cozies, but this book just didn't hit for me. So much of the charm of any cozy series is the location and cast of side characters. This book wasn't set in Greyborne Harbor and had very few of the characters we've come to know and love. The setting in small town England sounds like something I'd love, but everything and everyone felt somewhat of a caricature of England/ English-ness. The new characters also weren't particularly well-defined, so I had a hard time keeping track of who was who (the manor staff, the gentry, the locals, etc.). The mystery was interesting but also seemed a bit chaotic involving both a missing book and a missing necklace-- just the necklace would have been enough, but because Addie deals in books, that had to be involved, which made it feel shoehorned in.

A Limited Edition Murder is the 10th book in the amazing Beyond The Page Bookstore Mystery series. The characters are what make this such an amazing cozy mystery series! You should read the books in order to best enjoy this series but definitely read book 9 Dedication To Murder before reading this one if possible. Addie Greyborne's world fell apart in book 9. I wasn't sure what to expect with this book but it is really good (I shouldn't have been surprised because I love this series). Addie went to visit her friend Tony in England to get away for a couple of weeks and ended up staying for a year. She loves England but misses her bookstore and friends in Greyborne Harbor. Addie knows things and people have changed back home. That adds to the story and Addie is trying to decide what she wants to do. She works for a bookstore specializing in rare books and she has made lots of friends. Addie finds a woman dead and her friend is the prime suspect. A rare book and a necklace are involved in the mystery. Her friends from home Sabrina and Paige come for a quick visit and help Addie do some sleuthing. I missed the regulars but the new characters are likable and easy to get to know. There is a new Detective Inspector Noah Parker in town and he and Addie don't hit it off but there is chemistry between them. DI Parker has some secrets in his past that are only touched on. Hmmm. Addie continues to grow as a person and the character is well developed. The book has a good pace and although I suspected the culprit I wasn't sure until the finale. The end is tied up for the most part but there is definitely a couple of ways the series can go. It will be a long wait until the next book! This was truly an enjoyable cozy mystery and I loved every mjnute! #ALimitedEditionMurder #BeyondThePageBookstoreMystery #Kensington

After a series of events that have turned her life upside down, “A Limited Edition Murder”, the tenth book in Lauren Elliott’s Beyond the Page Bookstore Mystery series, finds Addie Greyborne in West Yorkshire, England, far away from her bookstore and friends in Massachusetts. She is slowly adjusting to life there, making new friends, and celebrating the engagement of her friend Tony, when someone is murdered at Tony’s engagement party and the police thing Tony’s fiancé is the killer. Addie sets out to find the real killer but she needs to act fast since she is soon heading back to Massachusetts.

This was a very nicely done mystery. While it can be read as a standalone mystery, I highly recommends reading the other books in the series (in order) to fully understand what has gone on in Addie’s life to bring her to England and make her the person she has become. I loved the descriptions of her life in England, the friends that she has made there, and the fact that even after a year she is struggling with some of the differences between living there and in the United States. As always, there is a focus on books which fits in nicely with the mystery. The mystery is well plotted, quite complex, with plenty of twists and turns that will keep readers guessing. I really enjoyed this book, was sorry when it was over, and am already looking forward to the next book in the series.

I received a copy of this book from NetGalley.

This series keeps you guessing. And it keeps me interested! The setting for A Limited Edition Murder was unexpected and appealing.

Don’t we wish we could all escape our lives when we have a big life change? Addie runs off to England after a break-up. In real life (unless you’re independently wealthy) we have to put our big girl panties on and deal with it. Like a lot of British mysteries there was quite the cast of characters. I have to admit I kept mixing up a couple of the characters. The mystery in this book was quite interesting once I started keeping the names straight. I’m not a fan of the potential new love interest for Addie. I miss the old Addie. I want her back in America. And I don’t mind if she’s single. I know publishers will think differently but I quite enjoy reading about happy, single, successful woman.

I enjoyed the tie-in. Which is prompting me to go back to earlier books. I also liked the setting and the characters. The mystery kept me guessing. I hope for many more.

Addie Greyborne is still in England and still trying to get over things that happen back in the states. Her friend Tony is having an engagement party for his fiance Hailey. All goes well until the next morning when Addie is walking Pippi and Pippi discovers a dead body. But just not any dead body but that of a woman whom Addie accidentally spilled champagne on the night before. . One thing Addie noticed about the woman was an elegant necklace she was wearing which happen to be missing from the victim. It's the same necklace Tony had given to Hailey a while back . However Hailey list the necklace and why the victim even has it was a good question. When Tony and Hailey are taken in for questioning and later Hailey is accused of doing the crime Addie knows she needs to step in and clear her friends fiance. Trouble is the more she digs the deeper things get and she soon learns that very necklace may have a link to a murder 20 yrs before. Could they be connected? But if so who would kill to get that necklace? Addie steps on some toes especially those of DI Noah Parker but shes determined to clear Haileys name and then head back to the states . Can she do it without becoming the next victim? And without being tossed in the clink by the DI himself. Non stop action from the very beginning.
