This collection was not it; the author sounds like everyone else trying to write modern poetry.

An insightful collection of poetry perfect for young adults. I also noticed a mistake or two and feel like it could have used another round of edits.

It is a collection of poems about growing up. It is quite empowering to read about the whole process of finding your own voice and feet in the world.

I had high hopes for this collection after I read the description. The idea was really great and I liked how it was put in 5 parts. It was an easy and fast read, but I just couldn't connect to most poems.
