This is a chapter book about Jordan and Max and Jordan’s chance to run a real race. But a new boy Ivan comes into the race and Jordan starts to question if she can do the race. This is a good conversation starter on not giving up and go for your goals with confidence. I really liked the black and white detailed illustrations in this book.

Lovely first chapter style book for young readers. Read this with my son over two nights. The book held his attention and hope for over coming the obstacles Jordan and Max faced along the way.

Good book to be on primary school children booklists.

I work in a classroom that has the first two books of this series and the kids love them. This was another great installation. Illustrations are top notch and the kids grow a little more with each story. I’ll be recommending this to the educators in my life!

I love the illustrations in this book!!! The storyline was very important and had great meaning. I can't wait to get my hands on a physical copy of this book!
