If you're looking for a new exercise regime to aid you in your weight loss journey, this book offers quite a few interesting fitness insights and has a lot of new knowledge to offer an average reader. 20 minute time frame for workouts are quite manageable for many of us and I find it's easier to motivate yourself when you know that you can do it in such a short time frame. I also found the knowledge portion on things like negative training quite illuminating and useful. Recommended dietary plan does not really align with the nutritious knowledge I acquired over the years and more importantly it does not work with dietary choices I've made based on my personal health concerns. Though a high carb diet will probably appeal to many people, I can't exactly reconcile how basing 50% of your daily food intake on carbs can be healthy. (assuming that readers picking up this book are motivated by wanting to improve their health). Overall this was an interesting read but I would recommend the exercise portion of the content over nutrition advice!
