Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for the ARC!
This goes hand and hand with the actual book to read to accompany the workbook. I would say if you're new to generational trauma, boundaries, and wanting to work through some thought processes and experiences outside of therapy, this may be for you! The prompts were good and promoted depth for anyone looking to unpack their family dynamics and cycles around their upbringing.

Unfortunately, this was a DNF for me. I could not follow the line of thinking in the book.
I did not share my review on social media as I did not want to negatively influence my audience.
Thank you Net Galley, Brit Barron and Convergent Books for the opportunity to preview this title and the opinions expressed are my own.

If you connected with the book this workbook is based on, I believe this is a useful addition for you to examine what is talked about there.
